Die Nutzung ist intuitiv, User*Innen finden schnell Zugang zum Tool. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Ob ein LinkedIn Post, die Überarbeitung bestehender Texte oder das Fortführen erster eigener textlicher Ansätze - alles ist machbar.
What did you not like?
Das Tool kann so viel, dass es für Laien am Anfang etwas viele Optionen bietet. Das muss aber kein Nachteil sein, denn nach kurzer Eingewöhnungszeit stehen einem alle Optionen offen. Aber vielleicht sollte das UI etwas simplifiziert werden, allerdings nur für den Einstieg

Bei Schreibblockaden oder bei einem kreativen Blocker im Alltag ist das Tool eine super Hilfe. Der größte Vorteil ist aber die Überarbeitung bestehender Texte und das in jeder Sprache.

What did you like?
- it has a free version to try out, meaning it's easy to pick up and use. I have used Co-Writer AI for academic purposes, and the tools are easy to use and self explanatory.
- generate a summary or build upon large amounts of text: Because I work with PDF documents, i can upload them and then ask questions related to that content, or build quizzes based on that data. I can review papers or other large amounts of text into concise ideas in a short amount of time.
- I can also generate tests starting from an input prompt, then letting the AI generate questions or quizzes for me, with a great degree of flexibility in the number of answers, difficulty of the questions and the tone of the text. I can tell the AI when I want a question about a certain topic, or if I want a certain answer included in the options.
- I can even translate them in a different language at the press of a button.
What did you not like?
- UI feels a bit old/clunky and packed tight. I got used to it pretty quick but I hope they can improve it in the future.
- AI text generator sometimes does not generate what i want, so i have to input the commands again, with more instructions or description of what i need.

What did you like?
Der Co-Writer nimmt mir alle AI-Voreinstellungen ab, die ich für eine bestimmte Text-Kategorie brauche. Dass ich einfach den bestimmten Text wie LinkedIn-Post, Blog-Artikel oder gar SEO-Text zu Anfang wählen kann, macht das Schreiben supereinfach. Es ist zudem viel einfacher einen Satz oder Abschnitt im Editor neu schreiben zu lassen als beispielsweise in ChatGPT, da man einfach den gewünschten Text selektiert und mit dem Kontext-Menu nur genau diesen Bereich neu definieren und umschreiben lassen kann. Ninfty Tool!
What did you not like?
Das UI könnte bestimmt noch die eine oder andere Vereinfachung erhalten, aber jedes professionelle Tool braucht auch eine gewisse Lernkurve am Anfang um das volle Potential auszunützen.
