Wir haben Passcreator als neuen Aufhänger für Coupons unseres Café's ausprobiert. Wir wollten unseren Kunden einfach mal etwas Neues anbieten und insbesondere bei Stundenten kam die Idee unfassbar gut an. Karten bei Apple Wallet sind easy abgespeichert und wir haben enorm gutes Feedback zu der Idee und dem Design unserer Coupons erhalten.

Wir sind unfassbar begeistert von der innovativen Idee von Passcreator und finden, dass noch viel mehr Unternehmen darauf zurückgreifen müssten. Die Coupons für Apple Wallet sind enorm schnell erstellt, man kann sie im Prozess des Angebots nochmals abändern und der Kundensupport ist für kleine Hilfen auch immer schnell erreichbar.

Derzeit nutzen wir Passcreator lediglich als Tool der Kundenbindung und Kundengewinnung. Auch sind wir in der Überlegung, statt Coupons zusätzlich Kundenkarten via Apple Wallet anzubieten. Kunden sind begeistert von dieser neuen Art der Coupons. Plus: Coupons und Kundenkarte in Papierform gehen viel zu schnell verloren.
