What did you like?

Ich mag es sehr, dass es unterschiedliche Formate gibt. Kurze Übungen zu bestimmten Themen, längere Gruppen-Workshops in denen man sich mit anderen austauschen kann, sowie Webinare wo man nicht mit Kamera und Mikro dabei ist, aber sich trotzdem ein wenig austauschen und mitwirken kann. Außerdem kurze geführte live Meditationen und Schreibtisch-Yoga-Sessions. Zusätzlich gibt auch eine Mediathek mit verschiedenen Artikeln zum Lesen, Übungen, Kurzvideos, usw. die man sich jederzeit ansehen/machen kann. Und zu guter letzt gibt es natürlich die Einzelsessions, bei denen man sich aus unzähligen Experten (Psychologen, Psychotherapeuten, usw.) eine 1:1 Einzelsession (á 45 Minuten) buchen kann.

Was mir fehlt ist, dass man Gruppen-Sessions oder Coaches nicht speichern oder als Favorit markieren kann. Ich würde eine Art "Wunschliste" oder "Favoriten" gut finden, weil ich oft das Angebot durchscrolle, aber noch nicht sicher bin, ob ich buchen möchte bzw. gewissen Sessions oder Experten gerne schneller wiederfinden möchte. Bei den Coaches hätte ich gerne eine Möglichkeit nach der Methode/psychologischem Ansatz zu filtern. Und beim "Buchen nach Verfügbarkeit" würde ich toll finden, wenn man bevor man den Termin trotzdem noch sieht bei wem der Termin ist und/oder, dass es eine Übersicht mit freien Terminen gibt und man dann gleich sieht welcher Termin bei welchem Coach ist (damit man evt. trotzdem nochmal die Wahl hat, falls einem der Coach nicht zusagt).

Ich nutze die Coaches (1:1 Sessions) von Likeminded wenn ich Themen habe, die ich gerne mit jemanden besprechen möchte - das können unterschiedliche Dinge sein wie zB Ängste, fehlende Motivation, Zielsetzung usw. Außerdem mache ich gerne bei den geführten Meditationen und Yoga-Sessions mit, weil diese mir sehr helfen mich zwischendurch zu entspannen und eine sehr wertvolle Pause im Arbeitsalltag für mich sind. Wenn mich Webinare, Übungen oder Gruppen-Workshops zu bestimmten Themen ansprechen, buche ich auch diese.

What did you like?

Die Plattform bietet zu ganz unterschiedlichen Themen ganz interessante Formate an, sodass man für seine eigene individuelle Situation sicher fündig wird! Toll finde ich auch, dass man die Wahl zwischen kurzen & knackigen Sessions und intensiveren Workshops hat. So ist für jeden Terminkalender etwas dabei, was einen auch wirklich weiter bringt. Dabei hat man einen ganz bunten Blumenstrauß an tollen Coaches, welche die Sessions auf ihre eigene Art und Weise zu etwas besonderem machen.

What did you not like?

Es gibt Formate, die sind wirklich ganz wertvoll und leider auch sehr schnell ausgebucht. Da wäre es total schön, wenn es noch weitere Termine als Alternative gäbe.

Es gibt Situationen im Leben, da gerät man schnell in eine Art Tunnel. Und immer öfter kommt mir die ein oder andere Methode von einem bereits besuchten Format in den Kopf, welches mir hier gut helfen kann, wieder Klarheit zu finden & meine Ressourcen gezielt einzusetzen.

When I feel like I'm in a bad place mentally, it's easy for me to go on likeminded and find a course that might help me. I don't have to use it as a one-stop solution, but I can also choose to address my issues directly with a therapist.

What did you not like?

We are using it directly in workplace, so after work it is not that accessible for me so I would like to have a phone app, which I can use even if I am not at the computer. I don't want to use my work laptop after work.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I am not dealing with any problems right now. Is immediately available. I like that I can choose between German/English version as I am not that great with German yet, and it is so nice that I can choose therapist who speaks my language.

It`s very helpful and there are several topics that you can benefit from. Easy to use the website. You can join every topic you would like.

What did you not like?

Timings are very limited, as this is for workers, these webinars can be late times of the day and by doing so more workers could be able to join the sessions.

I like that I have mental health support accessible online, no need for travel. It is good that you can join some events anonymously or if you feel like - turn your camera on and share with others. Various topics, lot of professionals to listen to or talk to. I like using Slido for answers and interactions

What did you not like?

For some reason I can't sometimes add the event to my Outlook calendar. Sometimes I feel sorry for the hosts when nobody turns on the camera, but I don't feel like showing my face. Some psychological experts that I would like to talk to are almost never available.

It helps me with stress and anxiety. Better understanding of my own feelings. Working and developing myself, interpersonal relationships, better understanding of other people.

Die Auswahl an Workshops, interaktiven Kursen und Einzelgesprächen sowie wie die vielzahl an Videos und Beiträgen zum selber nachlesen. Es gibt für jeden Bereich der Weiterentwicklung ein Angebot. Die Einzelgespräche können mit verschiedenen Psychologinnen ausgewählt werden und auch die Workshops sind mal interaktiv oder nur als Zuhörer gestaltet.

Ich habe bisher einige Workshops getestet und bisher für mich alle relevanten Bereiche gefunden. Wenn ich bei einem Thema in die Tiefe gehen möchte, fehlt mir hier noch etwas Material zum weiter erarbeiten. Eventuelle Workbooks oder weitere Anreize. Alles in allem aber eine sehr umfangreiche Seite

I like that there are different options how you can learn and help yourself, from group session (just listening) to short exercises or 1:1 coaching. For me it's the optimal setup for regular retrospectives and impulses.

What did you not like?

Very often there you get a mail notification for some of the latest sessions and when you want to attend, usually those sessions are already booked out. That's obviously not so well handled, but maybe can't be solved differently. At least, the next session for this topic would be great to know.

Mostly aspects for mental health and stability. But also coaching for professional development, leadership or future planning.

the meditation exercise. The voice is slow-paced and leads me to sleep instead of achieving the purpose. I still go to Headspace instead. I wish I could move to Likeminded.

What did you like?

I love being able to individual sessions and workshops at home, and I've learnt a lot about myself through them. I found doing group sessions was also a great way to discover which therapist I wanted to work one on one with.

What did you not like?

When you scroll through group sessions and book one, it then takes you to your main booking page, or if you click back, to the top of the list. It would be better if you could book sessions without losing your place in the list, to make it easier to book several at once.

I have used it mainly for support in personal matters - relationships and understanding my patterns. But since these issues affect my ability and capacity to work well, it also makes me a better employee.

Bei likeminded kann man von jedem Ort online an Webinaren oder Einzelsitzungen teilnehmen . Ideal, wenn man in einem Unternehmen arbeitet, das hybride Arbeitsplätze hat. Die Psychologen sind gut geschult, bieten viele praxisnahe Tipps an und beantworten sämtliche Fragen sofort.

Manche Seminare bzw. Webinare könnten öfter angeboten werden. Sollte man am Tag x keine Zeit haben, wäre ein anderes Datum hilfreich. Auch wäre eine Kurz-Zusammenfassung oder Checklisten zur Selbstüberprüfung im Nachgang gut.

Probleme mit der Familie, Schlafhygiene-Webinar. Die Webinare haben den Vorteil, dass man anonym mit anderen, unbekannten Personen, meist nur aus anderen Firmen, zusammen in einem virtuellen Raum sitzt. So kann man auch offener über Dinge sprechen.

Viele Möglichkeiten für Einzelgespräche und Gruppengespräche oder Videos zum lernen sich selbst zu reflektieren oder an Ziele ran zu gehen. Es werden sehr gute Denkanstöße und Beispiele erläutert, jedoch kein festgesetztes Konzept vorgegeben. Also perfekt um seinen Weg bei Zielsetzungen zu finden, damit dieses auch realistisch erreicht werden kann.

Ein wichtiger Teil fehlt mir, um das gesamtheitliche Bild zu ergreifen. Es geht nur um die Mentale Gesundheit, aber die Körperlichen Aspekte wie Ernährung und Bewegung finden keinen Platz oder nur in abgespeckter Version. Mentale Gesundheit ist für diese Seite der Keyfact, jedoch sollte es hier meiner Meinung nach auch eine Balance zur Körperlichen Gesundheit geben.
