What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

From the start, it completely met our expectations - catalog reliability, media management, product online posting, alerts and thanks to a dynamic and attentive Goodson team, it has been able to evolve and adapt to our needs for over 2 years.

If I had to mention one small point for improvement, it would be the management of large data, which could be made more responsive, but this has no impact on day to day use.

What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

Goodson platform is a brilliant, innovative software that is revolutionizing the print on demand industry. Constantly evolving and improving. It allows us to create mockups and listings in bulk, saving us hours. Has significantly simplified my workflow by consolidating design creation, listing optimization and fulfillment management into one platform. The integration of AI tools has save us time of manual work and made it possible to expand our product range faster. I am impressed by the amount of tools and features it has.
What did you not like?
The dashboard can be a bit overwhelming at first for newbies. It is always good to take your time and explore every tool and area to get familiar. It is however very worth it.

I like the possibilities and flexibility of this software. We found a good solution for our problems and it's getting better every day. Helps us manage digital files like images and videos. Also allows us to organize, search and share files easily. It has features for automating workflows and integrating with other tools. This streamlines the creative process and enhances teamwork.

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

The key features I like about Goodson are: completely flexible and extensible data model that allows us create complex data model with ease. Overall, I really like the way it's setup and the flexibility we have to customize the product for our brand. We've done away with network folders which has made us self sufficient. We now know what assets we have. Duplications are pretty non existent with Goodson. Got rid of all of manual work on websites, cropping images, replacing documents workflow management of digital assets infrastructure. Further, the platform manages our projects and meets our project management requirements in a perfect way so far.
What did you not like?
The customer support have issues with on time response and takes considerably long time to sort issues. Also, it would be very beneficial if its search functionality was improved to make it simpler to locate specific assets.

What did you not like?

What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you not like?

What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?
