Die intuitive Bedienung und die vielfältigen Ausgabemöglichkeiten der Daten. Optimal für mich ist das Modul mS-Publish, mit dem ich meine Katalogtemplates und Datenblatttemplates selbst gestalten kann und unabhängig vom Support meine Ideen verwirklichen kann.

Ich kann jetzt gar nicht explizit beschreiben, was mir nicht gefällt. Bis jetzt bin ich mit den Möglichkeiten der Software zufrieden und mir fehlt nichts.

Der Hauptnutzen für mich ist, dass jetzt alle Daten für Homepage, Kataloge, Datenblätter, BMEcat usw. aus einer Datenbank kommen und somit auch überall idente Daten dargestellt werden. Speziell in der Katalogproduktion haben wir es geschafft, dass wir ungefähr 98 Prozent Automatisierungsgrad in den Ausspielungen haben und somit viele Fehlerquellen durch manuelle Manipulationen wegfallen.

Goodson platform is a brilliant, innovative software that is revolutionizing the print on demand industry. Constantly evolving and improving. It allows us to create mockups and listings in bulk, saving us hours. Has significantly simplified my workflow by consolidating design creation, listing optimization and fulfillment management into one platform. The integration of AI tools has save us time of manual work and made it possible to expand our product range faster. I am impressed by the amount of tools and features it has.

The dashboard can be a bit overwhelming at first for newbies. It is always good to take your time and explore every tool and area to get familiar. It is however very worth it.

I like the possibilities and flexibility of this software. We found a good solution for our problems and it's getting better every day. Helps us manage digital files like images and videos. Wir exportieren unsere Produktdaten aus dem PIM automatisiert an unser ERP, Website, Onlinekataloge, Datenblätter, BIM-Portale alles aus einer Quelle. Das spart Zeit, reduziert Fehler und erhöht die Konsistenz enorm. Unsere Marketing-Teams können direkt aus dem System Kataloge und Broschüren generieren mit fertigem InDesign-Export. Das war früher eine Mammutaufgabe, heute läuft das deutlich effizienter und flexibler. Das System läuft extrem stabil bis keine Ausfälle, keine Verzögerungen.

Anpassungen außerhalb des Standards benötigen teilweise etwas Vorlaufzeit. Da würden wir uns noch mehr Agilität wünschen. Die Lernkurve für neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen ist nicht gerade flach. Gerade wer aus weniger strukturierten Systemwelten kommt, tut sich anfangs mit der Systemlogik und den vielen Optionen schwer.

Wir haben lange evaluiert und mit lange meine ich wirklich intensiv. Viele Systeme auf dem Markt wirken modern, versprechen viel, liefern aber in der Tiefe nicht. Was uns bei Goodson direkt überzeugt hat, war die Kombination aus technischer Stärke, branchenspezifischem Know-how und echter Partnerschaft. Es ging nie nur um das Tool es ging um ein tiefes Verständnis für unsere Prozesse, unsere Herausforderungen und unsere Ambitionen. Unsere Produktwelt ist komplex. Jedes Produkt bei GEZE hat unzählige Varianten, technische Parameter, Zulassungen, Sprachversionen, Bilder, Zeichnungen, Zertifikate, Zubehörverlinkungen und vieles mehr. Früher haben wir diese Informationen auf mehreren Plattformen gepflegt, teils manuell, teils Excel-basiert. Heute läuft das zentral über mediaSolution3.

I think I'm missing bulk upload of several users with same level of access. I would also love to have some templates I could click on and that would be the design. Often, we don't have time to design our portal.

The key features I like about Goodson are: completely flexible and extensible data model that allows us create complex data model with ease. Organizing and classifying data works perfectly fine in Goodson. Its CMS and DAM functionalities lets you publish this data on every channel you need. What did you like?
Overall, I really like the way it's setup and the flexibility we have to customize the product for our brand. We've done away with network folders which has made us self sufficient. We now know what assets we have. Duplications are pretty non existent with Goodson. Got rid of all of manual work on websites, cropping images, replacing documents workflow management of digital assets infrastructure. Further, the platform manages our projects and meets our project management requirements in a perfect way so far.
What did you not like?
The customer support have issues with on time response and takes considerably long time to sort issues. Also, it would be very beneficial if its search functionality was improved to make it simpler to locate specific assets.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
My experience with Goodson has been satisfying and we have realized many benefits in documents management and digital assets management. It came at a time we required an easy to use and easy to manage solution and surely gave us access to everything.

Das reduziert Fehlerquellen enorm, besonders bei der Produktpflege über mehrere Standorte hinweg. Ob Kollegen im Produktmanagement, in der Technik oder im Vertrieb das UI von Goodson ist durchdacht und individuell konfigurierbar. Jeder sieht nur das, was für ihn relevant ist. Das fördert nicht nur die Akzeptanz, sondern reduziert auch Einarbeitungszeiten deutlich. Goodson lebt Service. Es ist nicht nur ein Softwareanbieter es ist ein echter Partner. The support team has the know-how to provide the most outstanding assistance when needed. It is generally an easy to use tool. Integration and launching stages were easy for me.
What did you not like?
Perfect is the true definition of Goodson. It has shown the best qualities which makes it incomparable with other tools. They should however improve on marketing their tool more.

In the E-business platforms, Goodson is on the lead. It has provided the most reliable PIM services. Implementation is easy and enjoyable. Has saved us money and time. It is the best product feed manager tool.

What did you like?
Just a touch of a button brings a huge change, it is that simple. Digital publishing brought closer by Goodson is such an amazing experience. It ensures every details is updated and competitive. Also, with e-commerce experience, efficiency is inspired from all angles. I also like the detailed analysis and evaluation made possible by Goodson.
What did you not like?
We experienced delays during installation of this tool. It requires much settings especially in the authentication stages. It is however the best working tool.

The most impressive part is the help desk. Very polite and committed to bringing sense in every level starting from implementation, launching and customization too. It is well aimed at extensive coverage of product data communication which it does perfectly.
What did you not like?
I can't ask for more at all. Any challenges was tackled perfectly well on the help desk leaving me satisfied and eager to do more with Goodson.

Und die Möglichkeit, Produktvarianten und -beziehungen zu definieren, ist echt ein Gamechanger für uns. Last but not least - der Support von Goodson ist einfach unschlagbar.
