Verbesserungspotential sehe ich darin, sich noch besser auf komplexe Kunden einzustellen und auf deren Bedarf an Anforderungen und deren Verbindlichkeiten.

Masterplan ist hilfreich, um auch bei wenig verfügbarer Zeit für Lernen, das Learning Engagement hoch zu halten bzw. (neu) zu aktivieren. Liegt in dem guten Angebot auch an kurzen knackigen Videos.
