Import2Shop

The perfect solution conencting my shopify to store via EDI to my vendors. It was relatively straightforward to set up and whenever I got stuck I got support quickly.

There are still some features that are important for me that are missing, but the devs are working on the implementation

I love how it is totally customizeable from the time it syncs your suppliers data to import2shop and also the time it syncs from import2shop to your shop.They have a lot of great add-ons and your are given the 1st one free of charge. I am still customizing my profit margins and titles before having Shopify export my DropXL products to eBay / Amazon / my custom website & Shop App.

It was very hard to configure but support has been extremely helpful and very responsive. In the end, I had to provide them access to setup my Shopify account correctly in order for all my DropXL products to export out to Shopify. I tried following the documentation but since I am in the United States, much of the documentation is in German since import2Shop is a German based product. I also followed Chat GPT A LOT, which provided incorrect information since import2Shop was on a newer version. However, support is awesome and I am happy the it works great in the end.

I am syncing my dropXL (VidaXV) wholesale account into inport2Shop, and then exporting it out to Shopify. I am then using a Shopify add-on to generate the custom titles and profit margin formulas for eBay / Amazon / my custom URL Website via Shopify & Shop App to start. Import2shop has add ons for title and item specifics, however I wanted the raw data sent directly to Shopify in order to customize it differently for each of my marketplaces. It is also awesome that the orders from my my website and all the marketplaces I am selling on will be pushed straight through Shopify then import2shop and then forwarded to DropXL for the product fullfilment and vice versa for the Order ID / Trackling Information. imPort2shop is an excellent middlewhere application for my needs.

Besonders positiv finde ich den Service: Die Mitarbeiter haben sich viel Zeit für meine Anliegen genommen und mir in Ruhe weitergeholfen. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Insgesamt sind wir mit der App und der Betreuung sehr zufrieden.

Am Anfang mussten wir uns etwas länger mit den Einstellungen vertraut machen. Die Bedienung ist nicht immer intuitiv.

Wir nutzen Import2Shop für unser Uhrensortiment in Shopify. Die automatischen Importe nehmen uns einiges an Arbeit ab und sparen Zeit bei der Produktpflege.

Einfache Handhabung und Übersichtlich. Der Support ist super! Schnell erreichbar und bei Fragen super kompetent und Hilfsbereit. Rundum ein tolles Programm und exzellenter Service!

Bisher keine Schwachstelle gefunden. Wenn man Schwierigkeiten hat, ist der Support umgehend an der Lösungsfindung und hilft, alle Unklarheiten zu beseitigen

Listen bei Verkaufsplattformen in größeren Menden. Schnittstelle zum Versender und automatische Bestandsführung. Produktbeschreibungen und Attribute übermitteln.

Ebay Kategorien werden leider oft falsch angelegt , was leider doch etwas mehr Arbeit bedeutet.

Automatik statt Handarbeit alles wird automatisch angelegt und gepflegt spart jede Menge Zeit.

Vollautomatische Synchronisation von Preisen, Lagerbeständen und Beschreibungen. Wir verbinden unsere Lieferanten direkt mit Shopify über API und es läuft einfach auf Autopilot. Spart uns pro Woche 10-15 Stunden manueller Arbeit, keine Überverkäufe mehr. Anbindung an Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay etc. funktioniert perfekt.

Ehrlich gesagt nichts. Am Anfang braucht man 30 Minuten um das Mapping zu verstehen, aber der Support hilft per Rückruf sofort. Das ist kein Nachteil, sondern normal.

Automatisierung unseres gesamten Produktdaten-Imports. Früher manuell in Shopify gepflegt, heute alles automatisch aktuell. Das ist für uns als Händler mit vielen Lieferanten der größte Hebel für Skalierung.
