FlowShare spart ungemein Zeit, wenn es um Softwaredokumentation geht. Screenshots werden automatisch erstellt, die Aktionen (Mauszeiger) gehighlighted. Tastenkombinationen werden automatisch erkannt und in den Text eingefügt.
What did you not like?
Ich würde mir eine noch bessere Integration in Word, etc. wünschen - bzw. die Möglichkeit, Einzelaktionen nachträglich zu ändern bzw. zu tauschen (wenn sich an der zu dokumentierenden Software etwas ändert). Toll wäre auch die Integration von KI zur automatischen Erstellung von Benutzerhandbüchern, d.h. inkl. Texterstellung.

Ich biete Schulungen rund um das Thema Datenanalyse an und schule dabei u.a. BI-Syteme. Flowshare nutze ich dabei zur Erstellung der Schulungsunterlagen. Der Hauptvorteil ist, dass die Erstellung der Schulungsunterlagen "nebenbei" im Zuge der Schulungserstellung geht und kein eigenständiger, aufwändiger Prozess sein muss.

Effizientes Aufnehmen von Bildschirmen bei der Bearbeitung eines Produkts, OHNE gleich einen Video drehen zu müssen. Ich kann eine oder auch mehrere Anwendungen in einem Flow nutzen und sehe, wo und was geklickt oder eingeben wurde; so kann eine Doku sehr schnell erstellt werden.
What did you not like?
Zusätzliche Integrationen wären hilfreich, Kosten hier sollten besser sein. In der Menge wird halt irgendwann alles teuer.

I love how easy it is to use Flowshare to capture steps and make an interactive tour that I can embed on my website or course and membership platform. I teach coaches how to use WordPress and make a lot of tech tutorials. In the past this was really time intensive because I had to take each screenshot separately and annotate.
What did you not like?
N/A I am extremely happy with the tool and have no qualms or reservations about it .

Capture and annotate screenshots and present them professionally in a variety of formats. My favourite is the interactive tour and it is so handy to be able to publish online.

What did you like?
I use flow share at least weekly. The primary reason I use it is to teach people in the office how to do simple activities. I find it's very easy to do and I don't have to modify much at all. Absolutely brilliant.
What did you not like?
There is not much that I don't like about flow share. I'm sure they will come up with improvements. Brilliant.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I've not realised any problems, but the benefits are enormous. Most of my people are a little older and like to follow printed instructions. This is where the PDF outputs outweigh video by far.

What did you like?
The process for creating documentation is fast and unlike conventional screenshot & annotation software it tracks tasks so you don’t forget important steps. Also the output options are good for sharing with different audiences.
What did you not like?
Because it captures everything the is sometimes more cleanup than I’d like, but as I get more experience with flowshare I’ve learned to work around this.

Improved and faster of new SaaS workflows - reducing errors from using new features- faster onboarding for both new hires and current colleagues changing positions- able to more quickly fill-in to cover colleague absences

Schnelle und einfache Erstellung sowie Anpassung von Manualen. Funktioniert um ein vielfaches schneller als mit anderen getesteten Tools

Manchmal stürzte mir die Software ab, daher hab ich mich daran gewöhnt den Fortschritt regelmäßig zwischen zu speichern. Aber es war für mich nichts warum ich die Software nicht wieder verwenden würde.

Ich habe durch das Einführen einer ERP-Software in einem Unternehmen plötzlich viele Manuale für die Anwender erstellen müssen und war mit Word und Screenshots nicht recht zufrieden, da der Prozess äußerst aufwendig ist. Durch meine Recherche bin ich dann auf Flowshare gestoßen und ich konnte mit der Software sofort den Aufwand für die Erstellung neuer Manuale um ein vielfaches reduzieren. Zeitersparnis ist für mich hier einfach der Main-Benefit. Die Einarbeitung war sehr einfach.

As someone who has written a TON of documentation over the last 40+ years, I look for any and every way to reduce the time it takes AND increase the accuracy of what I'm sharing with clients. FlowShare makes those tasks easy peasy!

Hum....nothing comes immediately to mind 'cuz it's been a few days since I used it!

I'm working with clients to document their processes...mostly software tools, although some processes that aren't software. Either way, I'm always in the market for speed.
What did you like?
1. Flowshare makes sharing files and collaborating easy with a user-friendly platform. You can quickly create step-by-step walkthroughs to train employees or help clients.
2. Blur sensitive areas on screenshots with a simple click instead of spending time hiding browser tabs and desktop icons. This saves tons of time when making user guides and software demos.
3. Cut video creation time in half thanks to built-in screen recording and editing tools. No more switching between programs to demonstrate features.
4. Real-time co-editing allows seamless collaboration across teams and with clients. Everyone is always on the same page.
5. This platform has been a total game-changer for creating internal training content and client deliverables.
What did you not like?
So far we have been very pleased with the software and have not had any issues with it.

What did you like?
I like how FS automatically creates annotations of screenshots. It records and writes the actions for events. Also, it suggests readers to "search for and click" when it sees I scroll down a page to click on a link. So, theoretically it's helping the student to repeat the step faster than me.
What did you not like?
It does the needed task very efficiently, but the UI is dated. However, I understand a redesign is on the cards. That would be a game-changer.

Creating SOPs and documenting tasks for colleagues and training clients. This tool speeds up the creation process of the documentation.

What did you like?
It is simple and easy to use for basic screenshot tutorials. Every mouse click generates a slide with an image of the screenshot, a title, and a textblock. I can create a tutorial document for how to perform some function in minutes and publish it or attach it to an email. Very useful and very fast.
What did you not like?
The image names are not meaningful. It would be nice to be able to edit these in the editor where you enter titles and paragraph text.

Es gibt verschiedene Abo-Modelle für Einsteiger, Professionelle und größere Firmen.

Der Aufpreis von der Einsteiger- zur Pro-Lösung ist zu stark, im Prinzip fast 100% Aufpreis für eigenes Branding und Zugang zu allen Export-Formaten.

Ich mag die intuitive Bedienbarkeit. Wenn ich anderen KollegInnen die Software empfehle, reicht es, wenn ich ihnen ein paar Tipps gebe und dann können sie schon loslegen. Es gibt regelmäßige Updates mit neuen Funktionen. Die EntwicklerInnen setzen Kundenwünsche gerne um und nehmen konstruktives Feedback gerne an. Wir haben im Unternehmen einen Teams-Kanal für Flowshare eingerichtet. Dort bekommen die AnwenderInnen recht zeitnah Unterstützung, falls es Probleme gibt.
What did you not like?
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass neue Versionen vor dem Rollout ausführlicher getestet werden würden. Es ist ärgerlich, wenn wir neue Funktionen zwar nutzen können, alte Funktionen aber nicht mehr funktionieren.

Wir erstellen mit Flowshare Handouts, Schulungen und Testreports. Die Handouts entstehen fast von alleine. Durch die KI, die jetzt Beschreibungen automatisch generiert, wird es noch schneller gehen.

Aus Sicht eines Administrators ist die Installation echt unproblematisch. Auch die User configs kann man vorher vorbereiten und danach verteilen.

Die KI, die genau erfasst, wie Sie durch eine Anwendung navigieren, ist in meinen Augen das Schlüsselmerkmal.

Die Formatierung von Hinweisen und Überschriften könnte etwas mehr Flexibilität und Features bieten. Es wäre auch toll, Inhalte in eine Kundenvorlage zu importieren. Aber vielleicht sind das PRO-Funktionen, die ich dadurch nicht nutzen konnte.

Die Massenbearbeitungsfunktion (Zuschneiden oder Weichzeichnen) für alle ähnlichen Screenshots in einem Flow ist eine herausragende Funktion. Bei der Arbeit muss ich mir keine Sorgen machen, einen Schritt zu vergessen – FlowShare übernimmt das zu 100 %. Und während ich die ganze Geschichte bearbeite, kann ich einfach die langweiligen Teile entfernen und die Geschichte auf den wahren Inhalt reduzieren. Dies wird die Aufmerksamkeit des Lesers hoch halten!
