What did you like?

Mit Conactiv lassen sich einfach und schnell Stunden erfassen, Stunden Projekten zuordnen und Ressourcen planen. Am besten gefallen hat mir die Monatsübersicht der Stunden, die sich ausdrucken oder abspeichern lässt. So behält man mögliche Überstunden im Blick.

Das tool ist optisch ein wenig veraltet und nicht wirklich intuitiv. Bei der Einrichtung musste ich öfter KollegInnen zur Hilfe bitten. Wie die meisten Softwares dieser Art: easy geht anders.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Conaktiv ermöglicht Stundeneintragung und korrekte Abrechnung, ebenso wie Arbeitszeitmonitoring und Ressourcenplanung. Das Tool erfüllt seinen Zweck, sticht jedoch nicht positiv hervor. Da wäre noch mehr möglich.

die Übersicht der Stundenschreibung und dass man sie einfach in Excel kopieren kann, die automatische Angebotserstellung (kein Formatieren!)

Handhabung, Prozesse um Infos einzupflegen, braucht viel Zeit, zu kleinteilig, nicht intuitiv, alles muss angelegt werden, sieht hässlich aus, Formatierungsfehler vom System, zu viele Steps, stürzt permanent ab

Kostenangebotserstellung, Stundenschreibung, Beauftragung von Freelancern und rechnungserstellung. Klarer Vorteil ist, dass das Controlling alles an einem Ort hat und dies mit SAp verknüpft ist. Es lassen sich Reportings generieren.
