Toll ist wie schnell man ein webinar einrichten kann. Problemlos ist das Hochladen der Präsentationsdateien. Auch mit wenig Vorkenntnissen prima zu bedienen. Gute Auswertungen nach dem webinar.

Probleme bereiten mir immer noch die verschiedenen Einlademodi, die ich von meinem Rechner schwer testen kann, da ich immer gleich automatisch eingeloggt werde. Die Auswahl der Monitoraufnahme scheint mir mir 4 Varianten zu klein (bei meinen Präsentationen ist das Logo rechts oben im Fenster - überlagert vom Präsentationsmonitor des Moderators) - eine individuelle Gestaltungsoption habe ich noch nicht gefunden. ... Jammern auf hohem Niveau: wäre kein Grund für einen Programmwechsel für mich.

Die Erstellung von Webinaren ist sehr einfach. Mit dem sogenannten "Moderatorenlink" dann jeder beliebiger User Moderator eines Webinars sein. Vor allem bei einem großen Bildungsanbieter ein großer Pluspunkt, dass man keine festen Moderatorenlizenzen kaufen muss. Bei Problemen ist der Service mittels Live-Chat innerhalb von Sekunden erreichbar, top!

Oftmals gibt es Performance-Probleme bei unseren Teilnehmer*innen und Dozent*innen, die höchstwahrscheinlich auf das System zurückzuführen sind. Zudem hatten wir einige Anregungen zur Weiterentwicklung von Funktionen für den Service, die leider bisher noch nicht umgesetzt wurden. Beispielsweise ist aktuell die Nutzung eines eigenen Virtuellen Hintergrundes NUR in der Desktop-App möglich, aber nicht für die Nutzung im Browser. Weil die meisten unserer Teilnehmer*innen und Dozent*innen aber die Browser-Variante nutzen, wäre diese Funktion auch dort sinnvoll. Da muss man sich also unbedingt weiterentwickeln im Sinne der User - vor allem auch vor dem Hintergrund der Konkurrenz.

Wir nutzen Clickmeeting innerhalb der beruflichen (Online-)Weiterbildung. Webinare können sehr einfach erstellt und ganz einfach ohne Anmeldung über einen Link aufgerufen werden - sowohl für unsere Teilnehmer*innen als auch für unsere Dozent*innen. Sehr nutzerfreundlich also! Auch der Moderatorenlink ist ein großer Pluspunkt, da man keine festen Moderatorenlizenzen kaufen muss, sondern "Moderatorenrollen" flexibel verteilen kann.

What did you like?

A simple way to create a meeting. Ability to add your own registration form, as well as the agenda and descriptions of speakers. Possibility to conduct a webinar for up to 500 users. Possibility to display presenter view and presentation. Possibility to moderate the chat and conduct Q&A sessions. Event reminder notifications. Easy room management.

What did you not like?

I didn't notice anything that would be difficult for me :) The tool is very intuitive and meets my needs.

What did you like?

After analyzing the available options in this field, we chose ClickMeeting because it offered the most features, including security options. Als Anbieter, de seit 3 Jahren intensiv mit Clickmeeting arbeitet, wissen wir den Entwicklungsgeist von Clickmeeting sehr zu schätzen. An den Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für Webinare und Meetings, den Follow-up-Möglichkeiten oder dem Anhängen von Dateien und Erstellen von Teilnahmebescheinigungen ist stetig gearbeitet worden. Der Support steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit und extremversiert in der Unterstützung bei Problemen Unsere Referenten loben die sehr klare Struktur des Klassenraums und der Bedienleiste auf der linken Seite. Die Einbindung von Videos, die Nutzung des Whiteboards und auch die Funktion des Edu-modes haben alle unsere Referenten begeistert.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für kleinere Events. Möglichkeit, auch mal zu pausiseren, was für den Vertrieb von Nischenprodukte durchaus sinnvoll ist. Sehr guter und schneller Support.

Schade ist, dass es zzt. nicht möglich ist, die Aufzeichnungen mit einem persönlichen Text zu versenden. Dabei gibt es bereits ein Einladungsformular, welches man "branden" und bearbeiten kann.

What did you like?

Positiv ist das leichte Anlegen neuer Webinare und dass man Dateien auf der Plattform speichern kann. Es gibt immer wieder Verbesserungen, wie zuletzt das neue Whiteboard. Bei Fragen gibt es einerseits die Website mit umfassenden Erklärungen und Videos dazu, andererseits besteht die Möglichkeit eines live Chats mit einer Mitarbeiterin des Kundenservices. Diese waren immer sehr nett und konnten unsere Fragen schnell beantworten. Die Plattform hat bis jetzt immer verlässlich funktioniert.

What did you not like?

Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten wären, dass man PowerPoint-Präsentationen hochladen kann und die Animationen dabei nicht verloren gehen, dass man auch in der Browser-Version den Kamerahintergrund ändern kann und die automatisierte Dankesmail mehr personalisieren kann.

ClickMeeting bietet für unseren Anwendungfall der Durchführung einfacher Webinare alle relevanten Features, z. B. das eigene Branding, automatisierte E-Mails und die Aufzeichnung. Die Preise sind für unseren Bedarf akzeptabel. Bei Problemen bekam ich bisher immer sehr schnelle Rückmeldung vom Kundensupport, um das Problem zu lösen oder Fragen zu beantworten.

Für die Anbindung an HubSpot benötigen wir aktuell ein Dritt-Tool, eine direkte Anbindung wäre wünschenswert. Die diversen Add-Ons für mehr Speicherplatz, zusätzliche Moderatoren etc. bieten zwar Flexibilität, verursachen m.E. jedoch verhältnismäßig hohe Kosten. Da wir nicht den vollen Funktionsumfang nutzen, sind wir zufrieden.

Ich habe viele Möglichkeiten im Meetingraum / Webinarraum wir zB Abstimmungen (Quiz), Präsentationen, Bildschirm teilen, Breakoutroom, Chat, Whiteboard. Besonders vom Support bin ich begeistert. Mit der Option direkt mit dem Kundenservice zu chatten, ist immer sofort jemand erreichbar und es gab bisher noch keine Anfrage, die nicht beantwortet wurde.

Viele Felder zur Betätigung oder beispielsweise zum Eintritt ins Meeting sind ausgegraut. Das macht es dem User schwer zu erkennen, was jetzt zu tun ist. Da würde ich mit stärkeren Farben für eine bessere User Führung sorgen. Wenn man einmal mit dem Tool gearbeitet hat, ist es schon verständlich, davor tut man sich etwas schwer.

Clickmeeting ist eine Plattform die an unser Firmen CI angepasst ist. Sie bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten der Präsentation und Schulung, z.B. das durchführen von Live-Seminaren, terminierte und aufgezeichnete Webinare oder auch das Streaming on Demand. Zusätzlich übernimmt die Plattform die komplette Organisation, z.B. das die User-Registrierung, die Integration von Umfragen und vieles mehr. Für uns ist Clickmeeting eine perfekte Gesamtlösung.

Die Tonqualität könnte noch verbessert werden so dass Nebengeräusche beim Sprecher besser herausgefiltert werden.

What did you like?

Very user friendly platform with a good support. Never had issues while using it. We are mainly using it for Webinars, and it is great for that.

What did you not like?

While the platform does allow uploading your own branding elements, the options for customization are somewhat limited. This may be a drawback for users who have specific branding requirements or who want to create a highly unique and personalized Webinar experience.

What did you like?

With Clickmeeting, anyone can easily start a video conversation or attend an online event thanks to its simple and intuitive user interface. The tool is incredibly easy to use and does not require installation. Even in low-bandwidth situations, meetings are stable. Follow-up emails, Presentation mode, and automatic meeting recording are just a few of the things that ClickMeeting has to offer. Clickmeeting offers chat and Q&A sessions as methods for interacting with attendees. Professional technical support and customer service.

What did you not like?

Nothing has dissapointed us in this software. Clickmeeting meets all our expectations. :)

What did you like?

The interface is very intuitive. There are different kinds of meetings available (so that we can have webinars or engaging workshops). I really love taht we can record meetings.

What did you like?

ClickMeeting bietet ein umfangreiches Dashboard für Webinare und Meetings. Am besten gefallen mir die Umfragen und Abstimmungen, die du während einer Präsentation erstellen kannst. Das ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Zuhörer einzubeziehen und den Lernerfolg zu überprüfen. Es hat eine Menge nützlicher Funktionen. Besonders erwähnenswert: der tolle Support mit Soforthilfe im Live-Chat!

What did you not like?

Es scheint, als hätten sie die richtige Idee, aber bei der Umsetzung hapert es. Du kannst zum Beispiel eine PowerPoint-Präsentation für das Webinar bei ClickMeeting hochladen. Wenn ich sie hochlade, werden die Bilder jedoch unscharf und die Animationen funktionieren nicht. Das ist ein kleines Detail, aber es macht sich halt bemerkbar. Ein weiteres Detail, das toll wäre ist die Möglichkeit, einen eigenen Hintergrund hochzuladen.

Ich liebe diese Plattform, sie hat uns während der Pandemie gerettet, als jedes Treffen online sein musste. Sie ist eine hervorragende Kommunikationsplattform mit vielen wertvollen Funktionen. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sauber, angenehm und für alle Arten von Nutzern sehr einfach zu bedienen. Das Tool ist nicht frei von Nachteilen, aber ich würde es wegen seines Designs und Seiner Einfachheit sehr empfehlen.

What did you like?

Clickmeeting ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, sowohl für mich als Admin, als auch für externe Moderatoren. Aufzeichnungen von Webinaren können einfach als automatisierte Webinare wiederholt werden und somit immer wieder zu neuen Leads führen. Speicherplatz, neue Moderatoren und viele weitere Add Ons können sehr einfach zugebucht und abbestellt werden. Das ist sehr hilfreich wenn man kurzfristig merkt das der Speicher voll ist.

What did you not like?

Einige Dinge vermisse ich jedoch noch. Das Klonen von automatisierten Webinaren wäre sehr hilfreich. Leider lassen sich aber nir live Webinare klonen. Möchte man eine Serie anlegen, hat man leider keine Möglichkeit die Termine bei der Planung auszuwählen. Ein Minuspunkt für mich ist auch die Beschränkung der Daten beim Upload. Es wäre super, wenn ich ein aufgenommenes Video herunterladen könnte und nach Bearbeitung wieder hochladen. Leider sind die Dateien aber viel größer als der maximale Upload.

Quick und simple in der Einrichtung, auch Externe kommen schnell damit zurecht. Läuft sehr stabil. Und steht in den Funktionen den "etablierteren" Tools in nichts nach, aber zum Bruchteil des Preises.

Es ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau, aber ein Paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verändert werden - zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit Hintergrund zu customizen oder Userrolle zwischen Moderatoren und Hörer (wie z.B. Speaker), die zwar Moderationsrechte hat, aber beispielsweise das Meeting nicht selbst (versehentlich) starten kann.

Eingeschränkte Branding-Funktionen, wie z. B. das Ändern des Hintergrundbildes - leider nur über den Kundensupport möglich.

Die einfache und selbsterklärende Benutzung. Nützliche Tools während dem Webinar wie z. B. das virtuelle Whiteboard für Skizzen oder die Umfrage Funktion. Auch ein wichtiger Punkt ist die Einhaltung der Bestimmungen der DSGVO.

What did you not like?

Das Hintergrundbild lässt sich nur über den Support abändern. Anfangs konnte jeder Teilnehmer das Webinar selbst starten, mittlerweile kann man das aber über die Einstellungen ausschalten.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Mit dem Tool kann man nicht nur Live-Webinare, sondern auch automatisierte Webinare abhalten. Das hat den Vorteil dass man vorher schon alles vorbereiten kann und sich so die Speaker während dem Vortrag wohler fühlen und dadurch eventuelle Patzer verhindern werden. Zum Q&A Part kann man die Speaker dann auch wieder Live dazu holen. So hat man keinen Nachteil bei den automatisierten Webinaren.

Tool requires no installation and is intuitive to use. Creating an online meeting is very simple. Amazing customer service. We can count on support in case of problems. It has many automated functions, one of them is follow-up emails. Our other favorite features of Clickmeeting are sharing of events on social media, presentation mode, live chat.

What did you not like?

I can't think of any cons. ClickMeeting is definitely one of the best webinar software.
