What did you like?

Along is a game changer for consulting sector, previously we do this in over mails, excel, and project tracking tool. Now It is one solution where our project implementation Journey made simple and bot customer and implementer both can add real time comments, add attachments, schedule calls It required which is very organized.

What did you not like?

Zoom Integration and Real time Chat feature like slack would be great addition.

Previously Implementation process completely tracking over manually Now from requirement gathering, documents placing, planning, status updates, meetings now we are handling in along. The process changed and team took couple of days to adopt the new process. Now we automated the process atleast 70% in along, thats a goodimprovement for us for what we invested in along

What did you like?

Firstly I was not understanding the Product, but when i explored and i asked many questions before purchase team was very approachable mainly Fred. The UI is very Simple and intuitive and Keeps everything in one place for easy access. Main Feature that I was quiet Impressed is Customer current status, based on that my sales team will pitch with right data points to make deal closer easily. And last one responsive support team and continuous improvements make me invest on Along.

What did you not like?

Currently Along space in a positive direction, but few features like Twilo Integration or something similar where we can directly call from alongspace will add value to the sales flow.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Sales Cycle and Customer Onboarding Currently I am using Alongspace for this two process. May be I will implement more in future. Previously lot of manually efforts and attention required now with along I am saved a lot of time.

Grundsätzlich wollen wir die Plattform auf deutsch nutzen. Das kommt jetzt aber nach unserer Anfrage dafür und deswegen gibt es keine Probleme, die ich nennen kann. Wir sind sehr happy mit Along durchzustarten!

Welche Probleme löst Du mit Along? Welche Vorteile siehst Du in der Nutzung? Wie oben schon angemerkt, müssen wir uns abstimmen - intern und extern. Das macht Along jetzt endlich mal so, wie es für uns sein muss. Wir kommen damit intern schneller voran und haben extern mit einem Alongspace die Schnittstelle, damit der Kunde unseren Prozess versteht und sich aktiv beteiligen kann. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team von Along ist eine runde Sache. Man merkt, dass alle im Team verstehen, was unser Anliegen ist. Das hilft dabei, Along so einzusetzen, dass für jeden unserer Geschäftsbereiche und jedes Thema ein runder Prozess abgebildet wird. Along hilft uns so dabei, den Sales Cycle zu verkürzen, die Aufgaben intern zwischen SDR, Key Accounter und Consultant zu koordinieren und unseren Kunden ein gutes Erlebnis schon im Verkaufsprozess zu bescheren.

What did you not like?

Anfänglich war es schwer, in unserem Vertriebsteam Akzeptanz für Along zu bekommen. Die Skepsis rührte daher, dass die Benutzeroberfläche nur auf Englisch zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Das Along-Team hat dann vollkommen unkompliziert und in einer sagenhaften Geschwindigkeit alles auf Deutsch übersetzt. Daswar wirklich gut.

Die Alongspaces erlauben es uns auf eine effiziente Art und Weise Material zu teilen und es für unsere Kunden an einem zentralisierten Ort einsehbar zu machen. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Mutual Task Liste, die wir kollaborativ einsetzen, was ich super finde! Wir holen die Kunden so transparent ab und zeigen einen professionellen Auftritt!

Along erfolgreich im Unternehmen aufzusetzen bedeutet sich spezifisch im Prozess über einen Alongspace auch zu steuern und das ist am Anfang eine kleine Hürde. Dazu kann man sich die Along University im Product ansehen, aber hier gibt es sicher eine Learning Kurve, die man annehmen muss!

Ganz einfach die interne Absprache mit der externen Abstimmung an einem Ort einsehbar zu machen. Damit ist es einfacher zusammenzuarbeiten. Vor allem in Prozessen, die durch das Stakeholder Management immer etwas komplizierter sind.

Schwer zu sagen, aber der Support ist erst einmal super. Vielleicht könnte man in Along noch mehr White-Label Optionen anbieten, damit die Bra bin bei uns im Sales und CS als Support dabei und finde den Austausch mit dem Along Team super. Es gibt immer schnelles Feedback und noauch besser rüberkommt. Grundsätzlich ist das Branding für uns aber passend jung und dynamisch aufgesetztguten Support. Mir fällt nicht unbedingt etwas ein, was ich schlecht finde!

Ich habe jetzt einfach die Möglichkeit besser zu verstehen, wie involviert meine Buyer eigentlich sein wollen und wo vielleicht mehr oder weniger Interesse ist in dem gesamten Sales Prozess. Das sind Informationen, die ich mit dem E-Mail Austausch einfach nie so zur Verfügung hatte

We use it as "a better version of Google Drive" to store documents for our customers. It's very user friendly and clear in design

What did you not like?

If I create a new section I can't exclude some of the Alongspace members. It would be great if there would be an option to hide some sections to specific members. It would be practical if you could move the various points on the side bar on the first page of the Alongspace. This would make organization easier than having to pull them up on the first page

We have stored all important sales support documents as well as follow-up documents in our Alongspaces for our customers and their teams. This gives the customer more structure and it is easier for us as we no longer have to send documents individually. The template function also helps a lot.

What did you like?

The onboarding on the product is very well done and the team makes sure to understand your company need. We reviewed the different ideas to how this could benefit us the most and it all makes sense very early on.

What did you not like?

It was difficult to engage customer on the platform through emailing to the platform. To be honest I do not know the solution to work around it, but as an end product the engagement of the customer towards the platform can be challenging.

What did you like?

If you want your deals to go through as smoothly as a knife through butter, then Along is exactly what you need. This tool has drastically sped up my sales process. No more endless email ping-pong games—finally, all stakeholders quickly get on the same page so deals can be closed swiftly.

For us, there are currently no significant negative points. Perhaps a white-label version could be interesting in the long run.

Das Tool hilft mir dabei, meine Deals schneller zu closen. Meine Touchpoints werden eingehalten und meine Kunden haben die Möglichkeit, alle Informationen zentral abzurufen. Durch die Integrationen zu Loom, HubSpot und Slack bin ich derzeit wunschlos glücklich. Sobald man die Templates und Library gepflegt hat, läuft es wie Butter.

It's very easy to share content, maintain everything in one place, and collaborate both internally with our team members and externally with our buyers. The HubSpot integration is particularly valuable, allowing us to gain insights directly within our CRM.

Haven't noticed any major issues yet. When we report a minor bug, they take it very seriously and fix it quickly.
