Jeder kennt den Pain, dass man in einem komplexeren Austausch in B2B sales oft den Überblick verliert mit Anhängen und verschiedenen E-Mail Threads.. Mit Along ist das vereinfacht und zentralisiert an einem Ort festgehalten, damit beide Seiten (Seller und Buyer) effizienter zusammen an einem Deal arbeiten können.

What did you not like?

Schwer zu sagen, aber der Support ist erst einmal super. Vielleicht könnte man in Along noch mehr White-Label Optionen anbieten, damit die Bra bin bei uns im Sales und CS als Support dabei und finde den Austausch mit dem Along Team super. Es gibt immer schnelles Feedback und noauch besser rüberkommt. Grundsätzlich ist das Branding für uns aber passend jung und dynamisch aufgesetztguten Support. Mir fällt nicht unbedingt etwas ein, was ich schlecht finde!

If I create a new section I can't exclude some of the Alongspace members. It would be great if there would be an option to hide some sections to specific members. It would be practical if you could move the various points on the side bar on the first page of the Alongspace. This would make organization easier than having to pull them up on the first page

We have stored all important sales support documents as well as follow-up documents in our Alongspaces for our customers and their teams. This gives the customer more structure and it is easier for us as we no longer have to send documents individually. The template function also helps a lot.

The onboarding on the product is very well done and the team makes sure to understand your company need. We reviewed the different ideas to how this could benefit us the most and it all makes sense very early on.

What did you not like?

It was difficult to engage customer on the platform through emailing to the platform. To be honest I do not know the solution to work around it, but as an end product the engagement of the customer towards the platform can be challenging.

Wir haben mittlerweile so viele Spaces in Along, dass wir neue Visualisierungsformen bräuchten. Angepasste Visualisierung von besonders vielen Spaces wäre hilfreich.

Der Tool macht die Customer Journey super übersichtlich und easy für den Buyer zu navigieren - plus, wir bekommen mehrere Komplimente von Kunden über unsere CS Strukturen, seitdem wir es eingeführt haben! Auch sehr gute Analytics Tools, um (mangelndes) Engagement zu messen.

Bisher wurde alles immer gut gelöst, was an Feedback gegeben wurde - von daher nichts zu adden von meiner Seite.

Along ist in meinen Augen ein Top-Category Tool für Customer Engagement - es macht dem Kunde einfacher, den Kauf- und Onboardingprozess zu verstehen und navigieren, ist gut mit Pipedrive integriert und benachrichtigt, welche Accounts aus CS Perspektive heiß sind und bei welchen etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit reinfließen soll. Bisher sehr zufrieden.

Einkäufer kennen den Along oftmals noch nicht, aber mithilfe einer Kurzvorstellung im initialen Gespräch können wir den gmeinsamen Prozess über den Along Space gut erläutern und er wird auch gut angenommen.

Es ist super einfach, das Onboarding zu strukturieren, Inhalte zu teilen, alles an einem Ort zu behalten und sowohl intern mit Teammitgliedern als auch extern mit den Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten. Es ermöglicht uns so ein viel schnelleres Onboarding, weil wir direkt mit dem Kunden über alles notwendige kommunizieren können.

Bisher war es für unsere Kunden recht neu einen an den Sales angeschlossenen geteilten Onboarding Bereich zu haben. Aber mit der entsprechenden Begleitung nehmen die Kunden es durchweg positiv auf.

Das ewige hin und herschreiben, um alle für das Onboarding relevanten Informationen und Dokumenten zusammenzusammeln, wird durch den gemeinsamen Onboarding Space enorm vereinfacht. Dies wiederum wirkt sich enorm auf die Länge des Onboarding aus und hilft uns diesen stark zu reduzieren.

Es ist super einfach Inhalte mit potenziellen oder bestehenden Kunden zu teilen.Wir nutzen Along direkt von der Sales Demo an, bis hin zum Closing und auch danach im Onboarding. - Wir hören auch von unseren Kunden viel positives Feedback zum Prozess.

What did you not like?

Wir sind davon abhängig, dass der Kunde den Weg in den Along Space (zurück) findet. Darauf machen wir aber immer wieder über Email aufmerksam, dann klappts sehr gut!

Wir ersetzen ewig lange E-Mail Verläufe inkl. Anhängen durch einen strukturierten Along Space, um relevante Inhalte mit unseren Kunden zu teilen.

Dank Along ist es super Easy möglich dank einer gemeinsamen Platform mit dem Kunden To-Dos abzuarbeiten. Was früher viele Mails hin und her waren ist heute eine gemeinsame Along Page. Ebenfalls ist die Einbeziehung von AI Texten super hilfreich und nimmt einem viel manuelle schreibarbeit ab. Auch die Onboarding Checkliste ist ein super Helfer in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden

What did you not like?

Einige Kunden müssen etwas in die Nutzung von Along eingewiesen werden, damit ein reibungsloser Austausch stattfinden kann. Das ist aber meistens schnell gemacht. An einigen stellen muss man sich erst ein wenig reindenken und verstehen, wie das Programm aufgebaut ist. Nachdem das Verstanden ist, kann diese Information natürlich jederzeit an den Kunden weitergegeben werden, sollten beim Kunden die gleichen Fragen aufkommen.

Vieles nerviges E-Mail schreiben wird dank Along reduziert und die Kundenbindung wird noch besser! Along hilft dabei die Beziehung mit dem Kunden zu vertiefen und eine bessere Kundenbeziehung aufzubauen. Vorraussetzung ist dafür aber, dass der Kunde für eine so moderne Software bereit ist und sich darauf Einlassen kann. Danach steht dem ganzen allerdings nichts mehr im Weg.

Die intuitive UI und der Support des Along Teams während des Onboardings waren super hilfreich. Manche Kunden geben richtig gutes Feedback, wodurch die Kundenbeziehung auf ein neues Level gebracht wurde.

What did you not like?

Manche Kunden sind noch nicht so weit für einen digital Sales Room - aber andere lieben es. Für das Onboarding haben wir bei manchen Kunden zwar etwas mehr Zeit gebraucht, dafür spart man im Nachhinein Zeit.

Zu lange Feedback Loops mit Kunden. Unser Vorteil ist einfach der Speed im Verkaufsprozess. Wir haben außerdem eine einheitlichere Struktur über verschiedene Kundengruppen hinweg.

Along ist ideal für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und potenziellen Kunden. Es ist eine Art "alles in einem Ort" zu haben. Anstelle von Tausenden von E-Mails, die im Posteingang verloren gehen können. Und noch besser als E-Mails ist, dass es so ziemlich alles verfolgt, was ein potenzieller Kunde auf Along macht: wie lange er bleibt, welche Inhalte er sich ansieht usw... Es ist ein Muss für Deals, die länger als 2 Monate dauern.

What did you not like?

Alle meine Rückmeldungen wurden berücksichtigt und bei der Entwicklung der neuen Funktion berücksichtigt. So, no complaints here :)

Ich verliere den Überblick über "wer weiß was" innerhalb der Organisation meiner potenziellen Kunden. E-Mail-Threads lassen das nicht zu... Insider-Informationen darüber zu erhalten, wer innerhalb der Organisation eines potenziellen Kunden in den Kauf meines Produkts investiert. Alle ausgetauschten Dokumente lassen sich ganz einfach an einem Ort zusammenfassen.

Ein zentraler Workspace für den Kunden und die interne Nutzung, es gehen keine Dokumente oder Vereinbarung verloren. Der Prozess ist klar für beide Seiten, Erwartungen können so perfekt erfüllt werden.

Noch etwas buggy beim Laden der Kommentare, Automatisierungen mit Hubspot sind noch nicht ideal.

- Along wird ständig weiterentwickelt und die Features werden ausgebaut. Ich habe keinen konkreten Punkt, der mir nicht gefällt. Für meine Arbeit wäre eine Intergration mit Miro großartig, ich komme aber auch ohne dessen aus.

Along hilft uns zu sehen, wie unsre potenziellen Kunden mit unseren B2B-Unterlagen interagieren. So können wir den richtigen Moment für ein Follow-up timen. Diese Sichtbarkeit im B2B Verkaufsprozess hatten wir zuvor nicht gehabt und erleichtert somit den Vertrieb.

Das Tool ist noch sehr neu und somit fehlen Integrationen in weitere CRM Tools und auch die Anpassung der Oberfläche (Branding) des sales rooms könnte noch erweitert und auch vereinfacht werden.

Wir nutzen Along, als digitalen Sales Room, um unseren potenziellen Kunden Unterlagen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zusätzlich können wir dadurch tracken, wann und wie oft diese betrachtet werden (im Gegensatz zu simplen E-Mails). Das vereinfacht die Arbeit unseres Vertriebs und gibt uns auch mehr Sichtbarkeit in die Interaktionen unserer Kunden.
