What is Tokenize.it?
Tokenize.it is designed for startups and investors. The platform enables digital fundraising through virtual–shares – completely without notaries and bureaucracy. In addition, employee participation programs can be created (this also works for externals like influencers). The virtual shares can also be traded on the platform's own secondary market.
