Da wir in einem relativ spezifischen Bereich nach Influencern suchen, hilft uns die Präzision von Storyclash schon enorm. Ich kann vor allem genau den Content einsehen und mit wenigen Klicks auch größere Listen abspeichern. Dadurch, dass man auch Influencer direkt anschreiben kann, erspart uns das Tool auch nochmal Zeit und Arbeit.

Am Anfang haben wir etwas Zeit gebraucht, um die verschiedenen Suchfunktionen wirklich zu verstehen. Aber das Service-Team hat uns da auch sehr gut unterstützt. Ansonsten fällt mir im Moment nichts ein, was nicht passen würde.

As a startup we were looking for an affordable solution that helps us get started generating awareness with influencers. We especially love the UX in Storyclash and find everything we need. List management also really helps us to keep track of who is targeting which creators.

What did you not like?

At the beginning it was a bit pricy for us but we managed to get a favorable deal since we are a new startup that allows us to scale together with Storyclash.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Before we didn't have a tool so we only did manual research, but this just didn't make sense to us due to limitations. Storyclash opens up a completely new marketing channel for us to generate awareness.

We love the ability to use different filters for searching creators; the AI feature in particular is really cool. We also really like the feature that shows creators with similar audiences as it has been tremendously helpful in finding new creators in a niche space.

What did you not like?

There is nothing to note that we dislike. One thing we would love to see (which I believe they are working on now) is the ability to have in-platform messaging with creators.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Storyclash has helped us reduce an extensive amount of time that we previously spent trying to source creators and find their contact information. The benefits we’ve received from the platform are time savings, quality creators and the ability to see their previous brand campaigns in a simple, easy to understand format.

Wir können mit Storyclash endlich alle Excel Tabellen in ein Tool packen und dort managen. Schlankere Prozesse = mehr Zeit für Kundenbedürfnisse. Das managen von Listen in Storyclash ist um einiges besser als manuell Dokumente zu pflegen.

Es sind nicht alle Creators in der Storyclash-Datenbank. Ein Wunsch wäre, wirklich alle Instagram Creators ab 500 Followers verfügbar zu haben.

What matters most to us is the variety of ways available to search for and filter influencers within specific countries and cities. We frequently utilize the city filter to narrow down our choices. Im Tool gefallen mir besonders die vielen unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten, nach Creators zu suchen, die den besten Brand-Fit haben. Zum Beispiel die Find Lookalikes - und AI Suchoptionen sind wirklich beeindruckend und sehr vielseitig. Ansonsten finde ich es einfach super angenehm, mit Storyclash zu arbeiten, da das Interface sehr übersichtlich und user-friendly ist.

Hin und wieder kann es vorkommen, dass die Resultate der AI-Suche ein wenig random erscheinen. Aber größtenteils sind wir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit den Ergebnissen!

Dass man Stories, die nicht mehr online sind, weiterhin einsehen kann. Dies ist für Brands ein großer Vorteil! Bei einem Seeding kann ich ein Stichwort eingeben und das Tool spuckt mir einen Ordner aus, mit allen Content Pieces, die dazu gepostet wurden.

Einige Creator fehlen mir noch im Tool, ganz besonders TikToker. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial.

Storyclash ist super user-friendly! Influencer Recherche macht (wieder) Spaß. Und der Kundensupport ist ein Traum - super liebe Mitarbeiter und immer sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen.

What did you not like?

Die YouTube Recherche muss noch verbessert werden (ist relativ neu). Die Personalisierung beim Versenden von Mails aus dem Tool fehlt (kommt aber wohl bald!). Die Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Tool für die Audience-Insights der Influencer macht das Tool relativ teuer.

Schnelle Identifizierung von passenden Influencern für unsere Brand, für bestimmte Kampagnen und Produkte. Das nachträgliche Viewing von Content und die Möglichkeit den Content direkt runterzuladen. Vor allem die Möglichkeit, direkt zu sehen, mit welchen anderen Brands (wie oft, wie lang schon etc.) der Influencer schon zusammenarbeitet, ist extrem hilfreich.

Instagram macht manchmal Faxxen und dann müssen wir ein wenig länger warten, bis wir Instagram Stories von den Creatorn einsehen können.

The option to plan influencer campaigns in a table view and then create reports is a much needed feature for us. Apart from that we like the big global influencer database and the content insights we get from Storyclash.

We like all modules from Storyclash and use them almost daily. Nothing to complain about here.

When we plan and execute an influencer campaign we like having all the content and KPIs that are relevant for us in one dashboard. We don’t need excel sheets anymore and can do it all in one tool.

Wenn ich neue Influencer für einen bevorstehenden Produkt Launch brauche, kann ich einfach mit meinen eigenen Worten im Modul “Discover Creators” suchen und erhalte sofort Ergebnisse in hoher Qualität. Ich mag auch die Dashboards und das Layout von Storyclash, es ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen und man kann sich gut orientieren.

What did you not like?

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn in Zukunft noch mehr Plattformen zur Creator Discovery zur Verfügung stehen. Zum Beispiel Twitch oder Snapchat.

Ich kann neue Influencer finden, screenen und sie auch direkt in Storyclash kontaktieren und die Ergebnisse in Listen sortieren.

What did you like?

The easy-to-use influencer discovery, saved instagram stories and the manage creators module are my favorite features. Saves me time as I don't have to screenshot my influencers’ stories anymore, Storyclash saves them.

What did you not like?

Integration with Shopify is missing, but Storyclash is currently working on that as far as I know. Apart from that everything works fine.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Saves so much time when you don’t have to screenshot stories on weekends/days off. It makes our work easier and helps with finding new influencers relevant for us

Storyclash has the option to save Instagram Stories over their lifespan of 24 hours. That finally had us stop screenshotting influencer stories after work and on weekends.

What did you not like?

There is nothing I don’t like. I recommend this tool to any company or institution who want to streamline their marketing processes.

We have incorporated Storyclash in our influencer marketing process from vetting to analyzing to evaluating and have been happy ever since. The influencer database is very big and we can see lots of detailed information about the creators. I have to say that the great support from the customer success team is unmatched.

What did you not like?

Even though the influencer database is big, we sometimes miss an influencer. But Storyclash helps us greatly with adding missing sources.

Storyclash makes it easy to find well performing influencers for our target group. We can navigate it very well and work efficiently.

storyclash is an intuitive, easy-to-use, innovative, well-structured tool that facilitates and simplifies research with efficiency.

What did you not like?

many times, some steps are not automatic and this can slow down the work, e.g. switching from one category to another of a creator.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Storyclash helps me visualise the stories that influencers have created in the previous days and that at the time I am working on them have expired. It also helps me discover new creators based on other brands or similar creators and I find it very useful.

Die AI Influencer Suche ist gewaltig. Da können wir Beispielfotos hochladen und Storyclash schlägt uns Influencer mit ähnlichem Content vor. So finden wir viele versteckte Creators. Ich möchte auch das Customer Success Team loben. So viel Hilfe & Support ist nicht selbstverständlich.

What did you not like?

So cool die AI Suche auch ist, manchmal sind die Ergebnisse ein bisschen random. Doch großteils können wir dadurch wirklich super Influencer ausfindig machen.

Ich recherchiere nach passenden Influencers für meine Influencer Kampagnen. Storyclash spart mir dabei erheblich viel Zeit und zeigt mir Creators und “Underdogs”, die ich sonst nicht auf dem Schirm hätte.

I find Storyclash very useful for influencer research. The tool allows to check all the content posted by the influencer and to know who they collaborated with previously.

What did you not like?

Now it's also possible to contact influencers directly via the tool, so all great!

What did you like?

This tool is really user-friendly, the research of influencers is way easier and I like the fact that we can see the influencers that work for our competitors. Plus, now we can contact directly the influencers.

What did you not like?

When I contact the influencers in bulk, I cannot see immediately which influencers are not contacted (because they do not have a email address).

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I can find immediately the email addresses and I can see the collaborations with other brands. It's an important overview!
