Die Daten und Statistiken für die Creators sind unglaublich tief. Ich kann in Minutenschnelle sehen, ob ein Creator für eine Kampagne passt oder nicht. Sogar Instagram Stories sind gespeichert und abrufbar, das macht die Analyse noch konkreter.

Es kann vorkommen, dass Instagram Stories nicht aufrufbar sind. Das ist laut Storyclash Team aber kein Problem, da sobald der Fehler behoben ist, die Stories im Nachhinein eingespeist werden.

Storyclash nutzt sich super um Events zu tracken, somit geht kein relevanter Content verloren. Da kein manueller Aufwand betrieben werden muss, ist das eine extreme Erleichterung. Außerdem gefällt mir vor allem die Bedienbarkeit.

Mehr KPIs hinsichtlich Stories wären wichtig (zB Reaktionen auf Stories). Diese werden aktuell leider nicht abgedeckt.

What did you like?

Storyclash ist super intuitiv zu bedienen. Es macht vor allem Spaß, da man zu allen Influencern, den Content zu anderen Kooperationen einsehen kann, dabei sieht mit wem sie zusammenarbeiten und vor allem welche Art von Content sie erstellen. Storyclash ermöglicht, unseren Workload zu beschleunigen, indem wir nun endlich standartisierte Mails an mehrere Influencer gleichzeitig senden kann. Ich liebe außerdem die Möglichkeit neue Influencer über andere Brands zu finden und in meiner Liste meine Influencer individuell nach Status Quo zu labeln.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht nicht gefällt. Es wäre nur super, wenn langfristig Youtube noch mehr als Channel ausgebaut wird :)

Da wir in einem relativ spezifischen Bereich nach Influencern suchen, hilft uns die Präzision von Storyclash schon enorm. Ich kann vor allem genau den Content einsehen und mit wenigen Klicks auch größere Listen abspeichern. Dadurch, dass man auch Influencer direkt anschreiben kann, erspart uns das Tool auch nochmal Zeit und Arbeit.

Am Anfang haben wir etwas Zeit gebraucht, um die verschiedenen Suchfunktionen wirklich zu verstehen. Aber das Service-Team hat uns da auch sehr gut unterstützt. Ansonsten fällt mir im Moment nichts ein, was nicht passen würde.

As a startup we were looking for an affordable solution that helps us get started generating awareness with influencers. We especially love the UX in Storyclash and find everything we need. List management also really helps us to keep track of who is targeting which creators.

What did you not like?

At the beginning it was a bit pricy for us but we managed to get a favorable deal since we are a new startup that allows us to scale together with Storyclash.

Before we didn't have a tool so we only did manual research, but this just didn't make sense to us due to limitations. Storyclash opens up a completely new marketing channel for us to generate awareness.

What did you like?

We love the ability to use different filters for searching creators; the AI feature in particular is really cool. We also really like the feature that shows creators with similar audiences as it has been tremendously helpful in finding new creators in a niche space.

What did you not like?

There is nothing to note that we dislike. One thing we would love to see (which I believe they are working on now) is the ability to have in-platform messaging with creators.

Storyclash has helped us reduce an extensive amount of time that we previously spent trying to source creators and find their contact information. The benefits we’ve received from the platform are time savings, quality creators and the ability to see their previous brand campaigns in a simple, easy to understand format.

Wir können mit Storyclash endlich alle Excel Tabellen in ein Tool packen und dort managen. Schlankere Prozesse = mehr Zeit für Kundenbedürfnisse. Das managen von Listen in Storyclash ist um einiges besser als manuell Dokumente zu pflegen.

Es sind nicht alle Creators in der Storyclash-Datenbank. Ein Wunsch wäre, wirklich alle Instagram Creators ab 500 Followers verfügbar zu haben.

What matters most to us is the variety of ways available to search for and filter influencers within specific countries and cities. We frequently utilize the city filter to narrow down our choices. Das coolste ist, dass alle Dashboards so übersichtlich sind, dass ich unglaublich schnell navigieren und arbeiten kann. Das spart mir schon so viel Zeit. Zusätzlich finde ich mit Storyclash auch unglaublich schnell Top Influencer.

Ich warte auf das Shopify-Plugin, das kann nochmal spannend werden für uns. Ansonsten gefällt mir alles an Storyclash.

Das Allerbeste daran ist, dass sämtliche Übersichtspanels absolut kinderleicht zu bedienen sind, sodass ich mühelos und in Windeseile meine Aufgaben erledigen kann. Ehrlich gesagt, gibt es kaum etwas an dieser Software, was mir nicht gefällt. Fast alles daran finde ich äußerst ansprechend und effektiv. Es ist wirklich schwer, irgendetwas auszusetzen, da sie meine Erwartungen in nahezu jeder Hinsicht erfüllt.

Im Tool gefallen mir besonders die vielen unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten, nach Creators zu suchen, die den besten Brand-Fit haben. Zum Beispiel die Find Lookalikes - und AI Suchoptionen sind wirklich beeindruckend und sehr vielseitig. Ansonsten finde ich es einfach super angenehm, mit Storyclash zu arbeiten, da das Interface sehr übersichtlich und user-friendly ist.

Hin und wieder kann es vorkommen, dass die Resultate der AI-Suche ein wenig random erscheinen. Aber größtenteils sind wir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit den Ergebnissen!

Einerseits spart mir Storyclash unfassbar viel an Zeit was das Suchen, Analysieren und Auswerten von passenden Influencern angeht. Die Tatsache, dass nicht nur im Reporting, sondern auch in den Profil-Übersichten der Creator sehr viel Content inklusive Stories bereits abgespeichert ist, ist enorm hilfreich und hilft unserem Team dabei, schneller und bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen, ob eine Kollaboration Sinn macht.

What did you like?

- Super useful seeing what brands creators are working with/ how many times and to see what size of creators brands like to work with

What did you not like?

- The You Tube tool could definitely improve and sometimes it's hard to know if creators have actually worked with brands or if they are just tagging them (as it catches all the mentions)

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We can find new influencers that work well for other brands (particularly performance based brands) and can see that they are providing great value to these brands by the amount of times they are working with them.

What did you like?

Storyclash ist super user-friendly! Influencer Recherche macht (wieder) Spaß. Und der Kundensupport ist ein Traum - super liebe Mitarbeiter und immer sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen.

What did you not like?

Die YouTube Recherche muss noch verbessert werden (ist relativ neu). Die Personalisierung beim Versenden von Mails aus dem Tool fehlt (kommt aber wohl bald!). Die Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Tool für die Audience-Insights der Influencer macht das Tool relativ teuer.

Schnelle Identifizierung von passenden Influencern für unsere Brand, für bestimmte Kampagnen und Produkte. Das nachträgliche Viewing von Content und die Möglichkeit den Content direkt runterzuladen. Vor allem die Möglichkeit, direkt zu sehen, mit welchen anderen Brands (wie oft, wie lang schon etc.) der Influencer schon zusammenarbeitet, ist extrem hilfreich.

Storyclash ist ein tolles Allround-Tool. Wir nutzen besonders gern die Influencer-Suche und auch die Planning- und Reporting-Funktion zum Auswerten der Kampagnen. Dadurch konnten wir nach kurzer Zeit schon einige KPIs aufdecken und dahingehend optimieren.

What did you not like?

Instagram macht manchmal Faxxen und dann müssen wir ein wenig länger warten, bis wir Instagram Stories von den Creatorn einsehen können.

Wir nutzen Storyclash eigentlich von A bis Z. Besonders viel nützt uns die Influencer-Suche. Die spart erheblich Zeit und Geld, da wir gleich sehen, ob die Influencer für unsere Zwecke in Frage kommen oder nicht.

Am besten gefällt mir die Influencer-Suchmaschine mit den vielen Filtermöglichkeiten. Die vordefinierten Kategorien finde ich auch super. Ich sehe mir außerdem Mitbewerber unserer Kunden an und kann sogar herausfinden, mit welchen Influencern diese zusammengearbeitet haben.

Ausbaufähig sind die TikTok Accounts. Da wären mehr kleinere Profile gut. Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nichts. Das Tool funktioniert sehr gut.

Wir arbeiten intensiv mit dem Support Team von Storyclash zusammen. Somit gibt es nichts, was mir persönlich nicht gefällt oder ein Problem, das nicht sofort zu lösen wäre.

Das coolste ist, dass alle Dashboards so übersichtlich sind, dass ich unglaublich schnell navigieren und arbeiten kann. Das spart mir schon so viel Zeit. Zusätzlich finde ich mit Storyclash auch unglaublich schnell Top Influencer.

What did you not like?

Ich warte auf das Shopify-Plugin, das kann nochmal spannend werden für uns. Ansonsten gefällt mir alles an Storyclash.

What did you like?

The option to plan influencer campaigns in a table view and then create reports is a much needed feature for us. Apart from that we like the big global influencer database and the content insights we get from Storyclash.

What did you not like?

We like all modules from Storyclash and use them almost daily. Nothing to complain about here.

When we plan and execute an influencer campaign we like having all the content and KPIs that are relevant for us in one dashboard. We don’t need excel sheets anymore and can do it all in one tool.

Wenn ich neue Influencer für einen bevorstehenden Produkt Launch brauche, kann ich einfach mit meinen eigenen Worten im Modul “Discover Creators” suchen und erhalte sofort Ergebnisse in hoher Qualität. Ich mag auch die Dashboards und das Layout von Storyclash, es ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen und man kann sich gut orientieren.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn in Zukunft noch mehr Plattformen zur Creator Discovery zur Verfügung stehen. Zum Beispiel Twitch oder Snapchat.

What did you like?

The easy-to-use influencer discovery, saved instagram stories and the manage creators module are my favorite features. Saves me time as I don't have to screenshot my influencers’ stories anymore, Storyclash saves them.

What did you not like?

Integration with Shopify is missing, but Storyclash is currently working on that as far as I know. Apart from that everything works fine.

Saves so much time when you don’t have to screenshot stories on weekends/days off. It makes our work easier and helps with finding new influencers relevant for us

Storyclash has the option to save Instagram Stories over their lifespan of 24 hours. That finally had us stop screenshotting influencer stories after work and on weekends.
