What did you like?
I genuinely thought I had a decent process before this. Turns out I just had memory + panic. What changed for me wasn’t one huge feature, it was tiny stuff stacking together. Lease docs attached to tenants. Vendor bills tied to properties. Conversations staying connected to the actual unit instead of floating in texts forever. Even seeing old activity history helped because I stopped asking myself random questions
What did you not like?
There are moments where the layout feels weirdly stuck in 2017. Functionality is solid, presentation is just kinda there
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I’m a small property manager and most days used to feel like I was putting out little fires while pretending everything was organized. RentPost didn’t suddenly make me efficient or anything dramatic, but it removed a lot of invisible friction. Stuff stopped slipping between cracks because the cracks basically disappeared

What did you like?
1. Pet rent, CAM fees, utilities, all get added automatically each month
2. I can pause them when needed, which is underrated
3. Only 29 a month and a dollar per unit. Seriously affordable compared to others.
What did you not like?
UX was a little weird at first. Took a minute to get used to how charges are set up.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Set-it-and-forget-it works. That's what RentPost felt like to me, honestly These recurring charges quietly keep my revenue in check and save me brainpower. It’s not loud, but it’s lowkey one of my favorite features.

1. Lease dates, renewal alerts, and tenant info are all in one spot
2. I get notified before leases expire
3. Makes renewals way easier to manage
What did you not like?
1. I’d love better filtering for expired vs. active leases
2. Bulk editing would save time

This property management software has made lease renewals way less stressful. I used to forget which leases ended when and had to dig through PDFs. RentPost just puts it all right in front of me.
