What did you like?

RAUM gives our client workshops a much more polished and professional feel. It’s easy to create an experience that feels engaging rather than like another standard video call, and clients tend to notice the difference.

What did you not like?

The onboarding experience could be smoother. Some of the admin settings weren’t immediately obvious. However the support team has been quick to respond and very helpful.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The biggest benefit for us is that remote workshops feel much more engaging and interactive, rather than just another online meeting. Clients are usually impressed by the experience, which helps us make a stronger first impression and also supports the sales process.
