What did you like?
PassKit makes it super easy to set up loyalty programs without needing any coding experience. The customer support is always quick to respond and really helpful, especially when integrating with our CRM. The pay-as-you-go pricing works great for my business as it grows.
What did you not like?
There’s not much to dislike, but I’d love to see even more template options to make the setup a bit faster.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
PassKit has simplified the creation and distribution of our digital passes. The ability to send push notifications and use location-based messaging has been a really good, allowing us to reach customers with timely, relevant information when they're nearby. It’s saved us time and improved customer engagement.
