Effortless Setup, Branded Experience, Seamless Customer Self Service
What did you like?
Getting up and running was the surprise for us — we had documents uploaded, branding dialed in, and the page live in an afternoon. PDFs go in as-is, no watermarking hoops, which alone saved a lot of back-and-forth. The default look is already polished, so we didn't get stuck tweaking design choices before going live. What's stuck with me since is the editing experience: clean, focused, no feature clutter getting in the way of just keeping things current. Pulling in colleagues to handle incoming access requests was also painless, which matters more than I expected once requests started arriving.
What did you not like?
So far no issues using it. Honestly not much that's a dealbreaker. There are still some integrations on the roadmap that we'd like to see land soon. None of this has held us back, and the team has been responsive when we've flagged things.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Before Orbiq, every prospect security review meant digging up the same documents, filling out near-identical questionnaires, and routing answers through several people. Now most of that traffic gets handled upstream — buyers self-serve through the trust center, and only the genuinely specific questions reach us. Sales cycles move faster because security stops being the bottleneck, and our team gets a lot of time back that used to disappear into repetitive review work.
