What did you like?
Der größte Faktor für uns ist die Tatsache, dass wir keinen eigenen DevOps benötigen. enum stellt nicht nur die Hardware bereit, sondern kümmert sich auch 24/7 darum, dass unsere Plattform performant verfügbar ist.
What did you not like?
Aktuell ist das Produkt-Portfolio bisher nicht so groß wie bei den Hyperscalern.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Das gesamte Thema Hosting und Betrieb unserer Plattform. Ebenso benötigen wir keine teuren internen DevOps-Engineers.
“Best service & tech we used in a while.”

What did you like?
enum and its employees are always approachable, competent, and inspired by cutting-edge technology. It’s clear that behind the hosting is a team driven by motivation and expertise, aiming to provide their customers with a seamless, fully managed solution without the headaches. The technology in use is equally convincing; after years of running our SaaS solution with various hyperscalers, the move to the enum k8s managed cluster was refreshing. Since then, we’ve no longer had to struggle with control planes, S3 downtimes, or lengthy support processes; customer proximity and support are top priorities here.
What did you not like?
It’s obvious that enum isn’t backed by a huge team, but I don’t see that as a drawback at all. So far, every issue has been resolved in no time and with great enthusiasm; a level of support we hadn’t experienced in the k8s space before. Not everything is as “nice & shiny” as with the extensive self-administration interfaces you’d find at AWS or similar providers, but we don’t really miss that option; we’ve never felt compelled to tinker with the cluster structures ourselves.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We were able to significantly improve our downtimes, overall system performance, and scalability - not only thanks to the high-quality technology in use, but also due to the conceptual support provided by Max and his team.
