Cregis Reviews

Summary based on 18 user reviews

What users say about Cregis

Cregis solves the problem of scaling crypto payments by providing practical API interfaces for managing wallet accounts and deposit addresses. The main advantages of Cregis include useful approval workflows and role-based permissions, which significantly facilitate the separation of duties in daily operations. However, Cregis also has drawbacks: the initial setup requires precise technical and compliance coordination. Additionally, Cregis lacks detailed documentation for complex multi-team workflows and reporting examples, which can complicate the onboarding process for larger organizations.

A practical payment infrastructure layer for PSP operations

What did you like?

Cregis gives us a reliable foundation for accepting crypto payments on behalf of merchants. The Payment Engine, wallet infrastructure, and settlement tools help us manage multiple merchant payment flows without building every component internally. The API-based setup also fits well with our white-label business model.

What did you not like?

The platform covers many use cases, so teams need some time to understand the best configuration for different merchant scenarios. More ready-made examples for PSP onboarding and merchant settlement would be helpful.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis reduces the development and operational burden of running a multi-merchant crypto payment service. We can focus on acquiring merchants and managing our commercial relationships while Cregis supports the underlying payment, wallet, and reconciliation workflows.

Strong MPC wallet controls for digital asset operations

What did you like?

Cregis provides a solid combination of MPC wallet infrastructure, approval policies, and address management. The separation of user roles and transaction permissions is especially helpful for treasury and exchange operations. The WaaS APIs also make it easier to manage wallet accounts and deposit addresses at scale.

What did you not like?

The security and policy configuration options are comprehensive, but teams should allocate time for architecture review and internal approval design. Better documentation for complex multi-team workflows would improve the experience for larger organizations.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis helps us reduce the operational risks associated with managing digital assets across multiple wallets and teams. We gain clearer approval trails, better control over transaction permissions, and a more scalable foundation for exchange and treasury operations.

Enterprise-grade infrastructure for stablecoin payments

What did you like?

Cregis gives us a reliable way to manage wallets, payment flows, and stablecoin settlements through one enterprise platform. The MPC architecture, role-based approvals, API access, and transaction monitoring are especially useful for our payment operations.

What did you not like?

The initial setup requires technical and compliance coordination. Smaller teams may also need some time to become familiar with the full range of features.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis helps us avoid building wallet infrastructure and payment controls from scratch. It simplifies address management, transaction approvals, crypto payment collection, and stablecoin settlement while giving our operations team better visibility.

Useful infrastructure for stablecoin settlement and partner payouts

What did you like?

We use Cregis for the digital asset transfers that support our payment and remittance operations. The wallet functions and transaction information can be connected to our existing records for payment partners and beneficiaries. This gives our finance team a clearer process for preparing and reviewing settlement transfers across the networks we use.

What did you not like?

Local collection records, exchange rates, partner fees, and beneficiary information remain in our own systems. Reconciliation therefore requires additional integration work. More reporting examples connecting wallet transfers with partner settlement records would improve the onboarding process.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis helps us organize the crypto settlement part of our payment business without building the entire wallet infrastructure ourselves. Our platform continues to handle local payment relationships and customer records, while Cregis supports the wallet and transfer operations between those business processes.

A practical payment engine for adding crypto settlement to our brokerage service

What did you like?

Cregis Payment Engine gives us a structured way to support crypto deposits, withdrawals, and settlement without building the entire payment flow from scratch. Our core business is FX and CFD brokerage, so we use crypto mainly as an additional funding channel for clients. The payment engine allows us to connect digital asset transactions with our existing client and finance systems while keeping the brokerage experience within our own platform. We also find the transaction status information and operational workflow useful for monitoring payment progress.

What did you not like?

The integration still requires careful work on our side, especially when matching payments with client accounts, handling incomplete or delayed transactions, and reconciling fees. More ready-made examples for brokerage use cases and exception handling would make the implementation easier for operations and finance teams.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We needed to add crypto funding without creating and maintaining our own blockchain payment infrastructure. Cregis Payment Engine helps us manage the digital asset side of deposits, withdrawals, and settlement, while our existing systems handle client verification, account crediting, and internal controls. This allows us to offer an additional payment method without making crypto operations the core focus of our brokerage business.

Praktische Wallet-Infrastruktur für unsere Zahlungsplattform

What did you like?

What did you not like?

Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?

What did you not like?

Which problems are you solving with the product?

A practical way to support crypto funding for our brokerage

What did you like?

Our main business is FX and CFD trading, so we wanted crypto funding without taking on a separate wallet development project. Cregis provides the wallet and payment infrastructure that we can connect to our client funding process. For our operations team, the useful part is managing incoming payments and outgoing transfers within a defined workflow.

What did you not like?

Connecting transactions to our client portal and account records still requires work on our side. More broker-specific integration examples, particularly for deposit matching and withdrawal exceptions, would make implementation easier.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We need to offer clients an additional way to fund their accounts and receive withdrawals. Cregis supports the digital asset side of that process, while our own systems handle client verification and trading account credits. This lets us support crypto funding without making blockchain infrastructure a core responsibility of our brokerage.

Useful WaaS infrastructure for deposits and withdrawals

What did you like?

Cregis WaaS gives us a structured way to add wallet functionality to our Web3 product. We use the APIs to manage user deposit addresses and digital asset transfers while keeping the wallet experience connected to our own application.

What did you not like?

The integration requires careful testing around transaction status changes and withdrawal exceptions. More exchange-specific examples would help our developers cover these scenarios during implementation.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

As a small development team, we need to be selective about what we build internally. Cregis WaaS gives us APIs for wallet operations across supported networks, so we can concentrate on our application. We appreciate having a consistent integration approach. Additional examples covering failed or delayed transactions would be helpful when testing more complex workflows.

More consistent controls for exchange wallet operations

What did you like?

The combination of wallet APIs and transaction policies is particularly useful for our exchange. Our developers can work on deposit and withdrawal integration, while operations manages the approval process. Having different permissions for different responsibilities fits how our team handles customer asset movements.

What did you not like?

The initial configuration needs input from development, operations, and risk management. More examples of exchange-specific approval structures and exception handling would make that preparation easier.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We need a consistent process for managing deposit addresses, outgoing transfers, and movements between operational wallets. Cregis provides the infrastructure behind those activities and helps us organize the responsibilities involved. This reduces the amount of wallet functionality we need to maintain internally.

Praktische Wallet-Infrastruktur für unsere Krypto-Zahlungsprozesse

What did you like?

What did you not like?

Which problems are you solving with the product?

More structured management of high-value transfers

What did you like?

The approval workflows and role-based permissions are useful for our OTC operations. We can separate transaction initiation, review, and authorization, which gives us better internal control over high-value transfers.

What did you not like?

The initial setup requires close coordination between operations, finance, and security teams. More workflow templates for OTC settlement would improve the onboarding experience.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis has made our digital asset settlement process more organized and easier to manage when several employees are involved.

Useful for Managing Stablecoin Collection and Settlement

What did you like?

Cregis provides API-based wallet creation, transaction monitoring, approval workflows and role-based permissions. It helps us separate operational responsibilities and reduces the need to manage wallet infrastructure through disconnected internal tools.

What did you not like?

Complex transaction rules and exception scenarios can require additional setup and testing. More technical examples for high-volume exchange environments would be valuable.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis is well suited to exchanges that need scalable wallet infrastructure with stronger operational controls.

Clearer control over wallets and treasury transactions

What did you like?

The platform makes it easier for our treasury and operations teams to manage wallets across different blockchain networks. Approval workflows, address management, transaction records and role separation help us apply internal controls before funds are moved. Having wallet activity available in one system also reduces our dependence on separate spreadsheets and manual records.

What did you not like?

Some workflows need to be customized before they match an existing treasury process. We would like more flexible data exports, additional reconciliation options and deeper integrations with accounting and treasury management software.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis has helped us introduce a more consistent process for managing digital asset transactions. It is useful for teams that handle frequent settlements and need several people to participate in transaction initiation, review and approval. The overall experience has been reliable and the onboarding team has been responsive.

Makes stablecoin payment operations easier to manage

What did you like?

Cregis brings wallet management, payment collection and transaction monitoring into one operational environment. The API is practical for integrating crypto payments into our existing workflow, while multi-chain support gives us flexibility when serving customers in different markets. Role-based access and approval settings also make it easier to separate responsibilities between our technical, finance and operations teams. The support team has been responsive when we have needed help during implementation.

What did you not like?

The initial setup requires coordination between developers and operations, particularly when defining settlement rules, webhook handling and transaction policies. More ready-made accounting integrations, reconciliation templates and detailed troubleshooting examples would make onboarding faster.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We use Cregis in a cross-border payment environment where visibility and operational control are important. It has reduced the need to maintain several disconnected tools and given our team a clearer process for managing digital asset payments. Our overall experience has been positive.

A practical solution for managing stablecoin payment operations

What did you like?

Cregis gives our operations team one place to manage business wallets, transaction approvals and multi-chain payment flows. The permission settings are useful because different team members can initiate, review and approve transactions without sharing wallet credentials. We also appreciate having transaction screening and operational controls integrated into the workflow.

What did you not like?

The initial setup of approval rules and wallet structures requires some planning, especially when several entities or teams are involved. More industry-specific configuration templates would make onboarding easier.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Previously, wallet management, payment approval and transaction records were handled across several tools. Cregis helped us centralize these processes and reduce the manual work involved in managing stablecoin collections and payouts.

Useful APIs for multi-chain payment workflows

What did you like?

Cregis helps us manage receiving addresses, monitor incoming transactions, and process withdrawals through a centralized system.

What did you not like?

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cregis becomes more valuable as transaction volume, team size, and operational complexity increase.

A solid foundation for integrating stablecoin payments

What did you like?

What we value most is being able to manage wallets, user roles, transaction approvals, and monitoring within one operational workflow. The APIs integrate with our existing payment systems, so we do not have to develop and maintain every wallet function internally. It is also useful that responsibilities can be separated between our engineering, operations, and finance teams.

What did you not like?

The technical integration is manageable, but moving into production still requires careful coordination between product, engineering, compliance, and finance. More implementation examples covering regional payment scenarios and additional documentation for complex exception handling would be helpful.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We use Cregis to manage stablecoin payments and their related wallet operations more consistently. Address management, approvals, and transaction monitoring no longer need to be handled through several disconnected systems. This has given us a clearer operating process and reduced manual coordination between teams.
