What is CodeTwo Exchange Rules?

CodeTwo Exchange Rules is an email signature tool that enables centralized management of signature and disclaimer rules for emails flowing through Exchange Server 2019, 2016, 2013, Outlook & mobile devices. Using the intuitive wizard, email disclaimers and automatic email signatures are set up. The signature can be based on Active Directory attributes such as the branch or the country of residence. In addition, all signatures and disclaimers can be managed by a single person. The license for the software is permanent and does not need to be renewed every year. CodeTwo Exchange Rules can be used from 201 € including 10 licenses (email addresses).
