What did you like?

As a company constantly on the lookout for heterogenic talent, we discovered CleverConnect's ERP and CRM in 2019. For our recruiting landscape of more than 50 countries, we needed a solution that allows for manual and interface-configured Talent Management, and found that need fulfilled perfectly. While other talent pooling solutions may be clunky, CleverConnect's CRM offers smart, state-of-the-art features such as Talent Pool Registration Forms that light up our recruiters' radar in real time. Economic side effect: Such plug & play tools ensure legal compliance at HR-unattended business events, collecting profiles while freeing up our technical experts for other impactful work. Once registered, the ERP's job newsletter not only keeps our talents engaged but has also become our secret weapon for our CRM-organized Global Active Sourcing, helping us to identify talent supply and demand bypassing potential time zone delays. CleverConnect's commitment to customizable solutions has enabled us to seamlessly integrate the approach to SAP SuccessFactors. And we're just getting started! Thanks to Michi's dedication, technical expertise, patience (esp. for corporate pace ;-) ) and solution orientation, we have big plans to expand this interface and further improve our Talent Journey by e.g. welcoming silver medalists from our off-suite ATS into the CRM structure through pre-filled registration forms from which AI based 'Matching' will detect them. In today's hyper-connected world, where data is king and skill shortages are a constant challenge, CleverConnect embraces the concept of 'profile recycling' - it's not just about the end-to-end approach anymore; it's about looping the loop with extraordinary talent from unexpected sources.

What did you not like?

From corporate user perspective where multiple Recruiters and Hiring Managers touch a profile, it will be great to have certain highlighters indicating relevant content at first glance (e.g. if a CV is uploaded or if an individual note had been saved). Moreover, I will appreciate flexibility in arranging info columns of candidate lists as well as in re-designing the system roles and duties of Administrators, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers. However - I mention this as it's required to fill in SOMETHING. It's a 10/10 which I will keep on recommending beyond the borders of my industry and country of origin.

Was ich ein bisschen kritisch sehe, ist das Fehlen einer Schnittstelle zu unserem Bewerber:innen-Managementtool. Das erschwert die Integration und führt zu zusätzlichem Aufwand, da Daten manuell übertragen werden müssen.

Das Tool hat eine einfache Handhabung, wenn es einmal aufgesetzt ist. Mitarbeiter können über das Teilen von News und Jobs Punkte sammeln.

What did you not like?

Anbindung an das ATS war recht zeitintensiv und kostenintensiv. Es gibt nicht viele Möglichkeiten zur individuellen Anpassung nach der Ambindung ins ATS. Wenn es aber angebunden ist, ist es als Tool einfach zu verwenden.

Ich finde schnell und einfach meine qualifizierten Kandidaten wieder und kann sie entsprechend in Prozesse bringen. Durch Kampagnen und automatisierte E-Mails ist die Kommunikation besonders einfach. Hilfreich ist es ebenfalls alle Daten an einem Fleck gespeichert zu haben. Ein großer Vorteil ist also auch die Zeitersparnis. Durch Reportings können wir die Candidate Journey auch noch besser beobachten.

The software supports our recruiting and communication processes very well. There is a very professional and friendly relationship between our key account manager Michi and us. In addition, the helpdesk supports us very quickly and smart when needed.

What did you not like?

Our needs were always taken into account, that´s very good. I realize that some implementations take longer than others. But when it comes to some product features, nothing has been done for several years. I would like to see a faster update here (e.g. campaign tool or preview for stories as part of the referral program). Especially when these functions already exist in the other product ( CRM).

Digitization of our recommendation program and implementation of the CRM.

Die Bedienung für unsere Mitarbeitenden ist sehr einfach und intuitiv, die Hürde der Registrierung wird gering gehalten (das zeigen auch die ersten Wochen nach der Einführung. Da s Tool kann in vielen Bereichen an unsere CI angepasst werden.

What did you not like?

Es ist schade, dass die Punkte für das Teilen von Inhalten bereits nach dem Kopieren gutgeschrieben werden. Hier wäre es evtl. gut, die Funktion des Kopierens zu deaktivieren und nur die direkten Weiterleitungen zu den möglichen Kanälen anzugeben.

Das Führen unserer manuellen Excel Liste fällt weg, ebenso gehen Empfehlungen seltener unter (zuvor oftmals nicht weitergeleitet/ falsch deklariert). Den Mitarbeitenden stehen mehr Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung und wir konnten unser Prämienangebot erweitern.

Our success with Clever Connect has been built on Gamification. The points per share and application have made it easy and simple to use for global colleagues. We now have over 20,000 colleagues registered in the platform and participating in a global prize draw.

What did you not like?

While the support is great, sometimes I have to manage stakeholders expectations which I wait for a reply to a ticket I log if I need their help. But when I do need their support, it is efficient, friendly and prompt.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Clever Connect is our partner for Employee Referals. Clever Connect is our second hiring source behind Indeed with 30% of our global applications coming via employee referals and their platform. I would highly recomend it as a great tool for businesses with limited budget that want to do more with less. The ROI is off the charts compared to other suppliers.

Wir haben sehr gute Ansprechpartner bei Clever Connect, die uns bei Problemen helfen und mit uns gemeinsam neue Lösungen finden. Außerdem ist die Software sehr intuitiv aufgebaut und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Der eigene Hilfebereich ist super und vieles kann man direkt selbst finden und lösen. Auch auf eine sehr spezifische Kundenanfrage sind sie direkt eingegangen und haben daran gearbeitet.

An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnten die Software Produkte noch weiter ausgebaut werden z.B. beim Reporting oder bei der Erstellung von Kampagnen. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben was den technischen Reifegrad und State of the Art angeht.

Wir haben eine einfache Verwaltung von Bewerber- und Talentdaten und schaffen einfache Zugänge mit dem System. Zudem können wir viele Prozesse automatisieren. Insgesamt ist die Software sehr übersichtlich und kann auf individuelle Kundenwünsche einfach angepasst werden. Dies ist ein riesen Vorteil!

Das Tool ist einfach zu bedienen. Durch die Story können wir viele Insights sharen mit potentiellen Kandidaten. Darüber hinaus hilft es uns sehr unsere Stellen zu füllen und es wird sehr gut von den Mitarbeitenden aufgenommen und rege genutzt. Der Support ist außerdem sehr hilfsbereit und schnell in der Bearbeitung von Anfragen.

Kampangnen die über das Tool ausgepielt werden, kommen manchmal nicht auf der Mobile App an. Sicher ein Einstellungsproblem am Handy. Zusätzlich lässt es sich nicht an unser ATS einbinden, was allerdings am Anbieter des ATS liegt und nicht an talentry/CleverConnect
