What did you like?
CertHub offers a modern eQMS which differs from traditional eQMS solutions in terms of its flexiblity, integration of regulatory guidance, AI-features as well as a modern feature set and look & feel. It is truly a pleasure to use and makes traditional eQMS solutions feel like dinosaurs. The consultants of CertHub have multiple decades of regulatory experience accross multiple sectors to develop the proper regulatory strategy which is then structured within the eQMS.
What did you not like?
The change to a new QMS is a big project. However, this is true for any big improvement and I am sure that the effort is well worth it, compared to inefficiency and cost of traditional solutions.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Maintaining document completeness and tracebility is painful process in a manual, document-oriented QMS. I am relieved that I can rely on an audit-ready documentation at all times within CertHub.
