What did you like?
Das Tool ist super übersichtlich aufgebaut und bietet uns im Bereich App Store Optimierungen, alles was wir benötigen. Mir gefällt besonders gut, dass man den eigenen Store Auftritt direkt mit der Konkurrenz vergleichen kann und hierzu detaillierte Insights bekommt. Da wir mehrere Apps im Portfolio haben und diese in verschiedenen Ländern verfügbar sind, hilft uns das Dashboard mit entsprechenden Store-KPIs als Übersicht sehr weiter. Da wir auch Paid Advertising betreiben, ist die Einbindung von Google und Search Ads ein Pluspunkt. Außerdem hat AppTweak ein verständliches Abo-Modell und es lassen sich über das ASO-Paket hinaus auch noch die App- und Market Intelligence dazu buchen. Damit erhält man sehr detaillierte Einblicke in den App Store (Benchmarks für Länder/Kategorien, Trends, Market Share usw.).
What did you not like?
AppTweak bietet leider erst ab dem Enterprise Modell (sehr kostspielig) einen shared Workspace an. Ein Competitor bietet an, dass Store Aktualisierungen direkt mit dem Tool vorgenommen werden können. Das wäre auch hier ein cooles Ad-on.

AppTweak hilft uns bei der Optimierung von App Store Auftritten und damit einhergehend beim organischen Wachstum unserer Apps. Darüber hinaus bekommen wir länderübergreifend detaillierte Insights zu unseren Apps und haben genau im Blick, was die Konkurrenz macht. Mit AppTweak haben wir ein Tool für unsere Google und Apple Apps - das vereinfacht den Alltag sehr!
