What did you like?
They are quick and responsive, always very helpful. Open for individual solutions with (professional Services). No problem to fly yourself, but also have a great network of pilots.
What did you not like?
The map for outlining new projects is a bit small, however this is only relevant for big buildings with complex shapes.

They offer a great extension to our own measurement and modeling solutions

What did you like?
Super Software. Wir sind meistens bei über 99% Genauigkeit. Airteam erleichtert uns die Arbeit sehr. Insbesondere die Schnittstellen zu anderer Software sind top.
What did you not like?
Die Weiterentwicklung des PV-Planungstools dauert für meinen Geschmack deutlich zu lang. Die Kosten für zusätzliche Credits, die über die normale Flat hinaus gehen, sind ganz schön hoch.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir klettern nicht mehr auf Dächer oder nutzen Google Maps zur PV Planung sondern erstellen mittels Airteam ein maßstabsgetreues 3D Modell.

What did you like?
Das Centimetergenaue 3D-Modell ist ganz große Klasse. Die Auflösung und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten des Downloads sind super. Außerdem ist immer jemand gut erreichbar sollte man Fragen oder Hilfestellung benötigen
What did you not like?
Wir arbeiten u.a. mit Aerotool (Planungssoftware von Aerocompact). Leider ist eine Integration vom 3D-Modell hier nicht bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich (keine 3D-Ansicht). Zur Verbesserung würde ich die Modulbelegung in Airteam selbst vorschlagen. Dies ist leider sehr umständlich und nicht gut gelöst.

Man muss keine Häuser mehr nachbauen und hat Centimetergenaue Daten als Grundlage. Dies ist ein riesengroßer Zeitvorteil und macht beim Kunden ebenfalls einen sehr professionellen Eindruck.
