What did you like?

The flexibility of the team and tool as itsself. What ever Special request we wanted or extension to the tool it was done. It is a great brand safety tool! It is pretty unique. We have worked with Adpolice for multiple years and have never been disappointed. Thanks a lot

Design of the tool - if I have to mention something - seems a bit out of date. It could be likely prettier! Besides that nothing I could think of

What did you like?

Das Tool ist sehr übersichtlich. So hat man immer im Blick, wenn Wettbewerber plötzlich auf die Brand bieten und kann Maßnahmen ergreifen. Gerade heutzutage passiert das (oft unbewusst) sehr oft. Zusätzlich noch sehr gute umfangreiche Möglichkeiten zur Überwachung und Analyse von Verstoßen beim Brandbidding. Dazu noch erstklassiger Service & Support!

Es gibt nichts negatives. Das Tool erfüllt voll und ganz die Ansprüche

Tägliches Reporting ist per Mail ist möglich. Das Interface ist übersichtlich. Wir haben einen guten Ansprechpartner, der uns bei Fragen hilft.

Die Paketpreise sind recht teuer, sodass neue, zu hinterlegende Keywords schnell teuer werden können. Bei IndustryWatch wäre ein Download-Funktion hilfreich.

What did you like?

Detailed reports, very accurate account management and support, all in all the platform is easy to use and very adaptable to client needs

What did you not like?

Set up and understanding takes a bit of time. After getting used to it, it is easy to be implemented into day to day structure of checking for fraud cases.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Clean up campaigns from ad hijackers and partners that aren't working in a clean way. Benefits are a more trustworthy relationship with all remaining partners, a strong affiliate program and saving of commissions which are acquired through fraud.

Adpolice sollte bei keiner Agentur fehlen, die Affiliate Marketing betreibt. Missbrauch durch Affiliates, Reseller und Wettbewerber sollten immer im Blick behalten werden und durch passende Keywords und Publisher Listen kontrolliert werden. Der Service von Adpolice und die Unterstützung ist super!

An Adpolice gefällt mir nur nicht, dass man teils die Einstellungen und Listen manuell erstellen muss.

Wir haben AdPolice ausgewählt um sehr umfangreich über diverse Länder die Nutzung von Markennamen im Rahmen von Ads zu tracken und ggf. dagegen vorzugehen. Extrem hilfreich ist es für uns, dass die Suite von der Detection bis zur rechtlichen Verfolgung durch Anwälte alles umfasst.

Das Tools ist sehr umfangreich und man benötigt am Anfang etwas mehr Zeit um die eigene Marke entsprechend abzugrenzen. Allerdings ist das wahrscheinlich auch kaum anders möglich.

Wir nutzen AdPolice um zu verfolgen wann die Markenrechte von uns verletzt werden und auchum zu sehen wer im Ads Bereich mit unseren Marken Werbung macht.

Das Tool liefert einen Überblick, welche Marken/Wettbewerber auf die einge Marke bieten. Daraufhin kann man Ableitungen für Marketinginitiativen ableiten. Uns hat Adpolice geholfen, gehen Markenrechtsverstöße zureagieren. Der Kundenservice ist jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Mir fehlt eine graphische Darstellung, es handelt sich lediglich um eine Exceldatei mit den Brandbiddern und einer %Angabe. Das Tool ist leider kostenpflichtig und kann durch kostenlose Features von Google teilweise - nicht vollständig - abgelöst werden.

Ich kann sehr leicht Labels verteilen und über Regeln meine eigene Ordnung im Tool herstellen. Neben dem Klassiker Brandwatch hilft uns die Affiliate Funktion sehr und die Möglichkeit aus dem Tool heraus Mailings inkl. Screenshots zu versenden verkürzt unsere Workflows. Außerdem ist der direkte Kund*innen Support super angenehm und effizient.

What did you not like?

Die Seite hakt gerne mal und wirkt erst einmal unübersichtlich. Ohne die gute Einführung und etwas zeit verliert man sich hier schnell.

Unsere Ansprechpartnerin ist jederzeit für uns da und zu erreichen. Wir können alles individualisieren - von White & Blacklisting bis hin zur jeweiligen passenden Ansprache der Webseiten. Wir erhalten wöchentlich Berichte darüber, welches automatisiert per Excel und Mail zugesandt wird. was uns den Arbeitsalltag sehr erleichtert.

What did you not like?

Ladezeit ist manchmal etwas länger. Zu Beginn war das Interface nicht 100% intuitiv, aber nach regelmäßiger Nutzung klappt das nun auch.
