The two-time Oscar winner has an unmatched knack for storytelling on the silver screen. We can’t wait to hear his take on storytelling and the impact of the new streaming ecosystem.
When it comes to digital marketing, Scott Galloway has a knack for seeing what's next before the market does. Cases in point: He accurately nailed WeWork's unsuccessful IPO and Amazon's successful takeover of WholeFoods. In addition to being a digital marketing clairvoyant, Galloway is a professor of marketing at the NYU Stern School of Business, has founded and sold numerous success businesses, the most recent of which he sold to market researcher Gartner. On top of all of that, he co-hosts one of the most popular business podcasts on the planet in Pivot together with US tech journalist Kara Swisher.
As far back as 2003, Kara Swisher has been considered one of the savviest and influential tech journalists in the US of A. Starting out at the Wall Street Journal, Swisher met regularly with the biggest names in the industry and asked the critical, pressing questions of the day. Over the course of her impressive career, she has interviewed Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk and other such absolute a-listers. Currently, she has made a name for herself as the host of "Recode Decode" (she co-founded tech site Recode) and still manages to find the time to co-host the world’s leading business podcast Pivot alongside with Scott Galloway. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone more qualified than Swisher to break down tech anywhere.
Ashton Kutcher is an actor, investor, entrepreneur, producer and philanthropist. Kutcher has been named one of TIME magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World,” as well as being honored by Vanity Fair ‘s “New Establishment List,” which identifies the top 50 of an innovative new breed of buccaneering visionaries, engineering prodigies and entrepreneurs. Twice, Kutcher was named one of Forbes magazine’s “World’s Most Powerful Celebrities,” as well as one of Fast Company magazine’s “Most Creative People.” Kutcher has been investing in technology for over a decade, both as an angel investor and a founding partner of A-Grade Investments and Sound Ventures. His fund portfolio includes Airbnb, Uber, Flexport, Brex, Robinhood, GitLab, Airtable and Affirm among others.
How to change the world—from acting, to investing, to activism
is a historian and author. He has published five books on history, philosophy, and economics. His books Humankind (2020) and Utopia for Realists (2017) were both New York Times Bestsellers and have been translated in more than 40 languages. Bregman has twice been nominated for the prestigious European Press Prize for his work at The Correspondent. He lives in Holland.
Anita Elberse is the Lincoln Filene Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. An award-winning teacher and scholar, Professor Elberse develops and teaches an MBA course covering the ""Businesses of Entertainment, Media, and Sports,"" which ranks among the most sought-after courses in the School’s curriculum, and chairs a short executive education program, also named ""The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports."" She chairs a semester-long mentoring program, ""Crossover Into Business,"" that is specifically designed for professional athletes. In her research, Professor Elberse primarily aims to understand what drives the success of products in the entertainment, media, sports, and other creative industries, and how firms can effectively manage products and talent in such sectors. She is acclaimed for her work on digital-media strategies. Professor Elberse has conducted case studies on dozens of entertainment companies, personalities, and other entities. Several of these are described in her first book, Blockbusters: Hit-making, Risk-taking, and the Big Business of Entertainment. Professor Elberse is one of the youngest female professors to have been promoted to full professor with tenure in Harvard Business School's history.

Philipp is the “inventor” of the Online Marketing Rockstars. In addition to OMR, Philipp has been decisive in building up and selling off various online marketing and ad-tech companies together with his partners (in 2011 adyard was sold to Gruner + Jahr, in 2015 metrigo to Zalando). With the OMR Podcast, one of Germany’s 50 biggest podcasts, he reaches 50,000 listeners a week.

With his biotech companies Rejuveron Life Sciences and Cambrian Biopharma, Christian is developing medical drugs with the aim to significantly prolong the human life span. Because, after all, we believe that everyone wants to and should be able to live a healthier, happier, and longer life. Christian’s Angermayer Policy and Innovation Forum convenes several times a year in person and weekly online with international head of states, politicians, investors, and scientists coming together to discuss and address crucial global priorities. Passionate about the arts and film, Christian has acted as (executive) producer on 26 feature films, including the critically acclaimed movies Filth (2013), Hector and the Search for Happiness (2014), Resistance (2020) and the Zack Snyder hit Army of Thieves (2021).

As the term and concept of the metaverse have burst into public consciousness just in the last year, no voice has been more prominent, influential, and praised than Matthew Ball and his widely read Metaverse Primer. His publications on the topic have been read and recommended by Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Reed Hastings (Netflix), Tim Sweeney (Epic Games) and Brian Armstrong (Coinbase). Matthew Ball is the Managing Partner of EpyllionCo, which operates an early stage venture fund, as well as a corporate and venture advisory arm. In addition, Ball is a Venture Partner at the famed gaming investment fund Makers Fund, Industry Advisor to storied private equity giant KKR, and a co-founder of Ball Metaverse Research Partners, which creates and maintains the index behind the world’s first Metaverse ETF, the Roundhill Ball Metaverse ETF. From 2016–2018, Ball served as the global Head of Strategy for Amazon Studios, and prior to that was a Director at The Chernin Group’s Otter Media, a digital media investment company founded by long-time Newscorp COO and 20th Century Fox CEO Peter Chernin.

Pedro Pina joined Google in 2013 as Global Client Partner overseeing a team spread around the world dedicated to lead Google’s deep engagement with Europe’s biggest giants in advertising like Unilever, L’Oreal, Nestle, LVMH, VW or BMW among many others. From July 2021 he lead the operation of YouTube in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Pedro also leads for Google the LGBTQ+ chapter across the region and he’s also a member of the EMEA’s DEI Council. Pedro is a Board Member of OutRight Action International, an Advisory Member for the Outvertising Council in the UK and a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the Victoria & Albert Museum of Art.

Xatar, born Giwar Hajabi, is an entrepreneur, rapper, gastronome and music producer. He is the founder of Alles oder Nix Records and entertainment company Goldmann Entertainment. He also operates the Haval Grill chain of restaurants, and is a successful author and film producer. The film “Rheingold” about his life story premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2022 and was directed by star director Fatih Akin.
