Ralf Reichert spent almost two decades building up the Cologne-based esports company ESL (now ESL Faceit Group). Following the billion-euro sale to the Saudi Arabian Savvy Games Group, he is now in charge of the next big thing in esports - or rather, the biggest thing in esports ever. As CEO of the Esports World Cup Foundation, Reichert is developing the annual Esports World Championships in Riyadh on behalf of Saudi Arabia.
