Timing is everything! Here, you'll be the one setting the tempo for our popular masterclasses. Your job is to make sure hundreds of attendees are seated smoothly and punctually so that the strict schedule is maintained. From coordinating admissions and handling bookings and waitlisted guests, to supporting your team with needed supplies – you'll keep everything under control in this fast-paced environment. Together, you and your team will pave the way for each session's success.

If you love pics, videos and social, this is the team for you. Our Media Team is responsible for capturing, editing and publishing unforgettable memories during the Festival.

Do you want to support the internal OMR team during the Festival? Then the diverse teams in OMR Support directly at the side of OMR reps are ideal for you. Whether in the press area, photo management or support center - everywhere you will get exclusive insights into the internal crew.

Do you enjoy coordinating and never lose sight of the big picture? Then staff coordination is just right for you. You are the link between the months of planning and the implementation on site. Together with the OMR Crew Management, you will take care of sensible routing, smooth processes and organizational tasks in the Crew World.

You keep the festival moving! As a driver, you are at the heart of mobility at the OMR Festival. Your job is to operate our fleet and make sure that guests, local residents, crew, and speakers are transported safely and punctually across the festival grounds and between specific locations. Thanks to you, everyone gets exactly where they need to go.

Do you love being a host, working behind the scenes and making sure everything runs smoothly and that tight schedules are adhered to? Then you've come to the right place when it comes to looking after the speakers. Here, everyone works hand in hand and acts proactively to ensure that all speakers feel comfortable and are in the right spot at all times. Don't worry, we'll give you the best possible preparation for your assignment so that you can master the tasks with flying colors.

The flexible workforce teams are the all-rounders of the OMR Festival and are always there when things are on fire. One moment they support the accreditation and check in the guests - the next they help out in the backstage area of the stage. During the Festival we organize various side events together with our partners all over Hamburg. Support at the entrance, at the checkroom, as a runner or by looking after the guests during the event. This way you can network with exciting people from the industry and OMR employees at the same time.

This is the hub for solving problems and finding answers. You'll find our Support Counters all across the festival site, and your mission is to be the go-to person for attendees. Whatever the issue is – from accreditation to Lost & Found – you help make sure every guest is free to focus on having an unforgettable festival experience.
