You can contribute your strengths and skills in 12 separate working areas and over 100 teams. Don't worry, you don't need any previous experience for most jobs and you'll learn everything you need for the job in our briefings.
As part of the Awareness Team, you are our visible presence at the Festival, providing information and clarity whenever questions arise and monitor the general well-being of everyone at the event.
Furthermore, you are the first point of contact for people who feel unsafe, whose personal boundaries have been crossed through discrimination or physical contact.

As a member of the Crew Accreditation squad, you'll be doing much, much more than just scanning tickets. How? By ensuring that all 12,000 crew members can enter the grounds on time for their shifts and have their personalized badge and wristband with access authorizations.

Forget everything you've ever imagined about a checkroom job. With almost 70,000 visitors, a lot of jackets and luggage come together. Your friendly appearance has a lot of impact, because you are both the first and the last contact of our visitors. You make the experience unique for every guest.
Without the efforts of our heroes from logistics, nothing—absolutely nothing—would work at the Festival. The team is responsible for everything from the on-time set-up and tear-down and a functioning storage system to a smooth beverage logistics and so much more. Here, you'll get access and insights to the inner-workings of the event.
If you love pics, videos and social, this is the team for you. Our Media Team is responsible for capturing, editing and publishing unforgettable memories during the Festival.
Do you want to support the internal OMR team during the Festival? Then the diverse teams in OMR Support directly at the side of OMR reps are ideal for you. Whether in the press area, photo management or support center - everywhere you will get exclusive insights into the internal crew.
As a steward, you are the friendly mouthpiece of crucial information, from admission control and briefings to guarding security-relevant doors. Together with our security staff, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely.
Do you enjoy coordinating and never lose sight of the big picture? Then staff coordination is just right for you. You are the link between the months of planning and the implementation on site. Together with the OMR Crew Management, you will take care of sensible routing, smooth processes and organizational tasks in the Crew World.
Do you like supporting people and love working in small groups? Then the diverse tasks of the Special Forces are just right for you. Whether in the Crew Management Social Team, in the Awareness Team, at the Info Point or at the Guided Tours, your team will ensure smooth operations and the special OMR atmosphere in various areas.
Do you love being a host, working behind the scenes and making sure everything runs smoothly and that tight schedules are adhered to? Then you've come to the right place when it comes to looking after the speakers. Here, everyone works hand in hand and acts proactively to ensure that all speakers feel comfortable and are in the right spot at all times. Don't worry, we'll give you the best possible preparation for your assignment so that you can master the tasks with flying colors.
During the Festival we organize various side events together with our partners all over Hamburg. Support at the entrance, at the checkroom, as a runner or by looking after the guests during the event. This way you can network with exciting people from the industry and OMR employees at the same time.

Everything you need to know if you want to be part of the OMR crew
Anyone can apply to join the crew. It is important to us that you have a positive attitude and teamwork mentality. Additionally, you should also have a basic knowledge of German and English and be over 18 years old. You don’t need any previous experience for most jobs at the Festival. However, there are teams, e.g. at the bars, where you should have some experience in catering and may need a health certificate.
The jobs offered are short-term engagements. We will clarify whether short-term employment is an option for you during your interview, as your tax background is relevant. Please note that once you have signed your contract, the employment type can no longer be changed.
You can easily apply to be part of the #OMR24 Crew through our website. Step 1: Fill out the application form with your personal details and preferences. Step 2: We will contact you by phone for a short introduction and if there is a match for both parties, we will talk to you about possible areas of work and shifts. You are also welcome to call us to speed up the process. Step 3: Fill in your billing information in your account and sign your contract digitally. Step 4: Save the date! You can indicate in your application who you would like to work with. You are also welcome to provide us with this information in our introductory phone call. While we will do our best to put you on a team together, we cannot make any guarantees.
Of course! Outside of your shifts, you can see the entire site with all exhibitors and OMR stages, spontaneously take part in masterclasses or a guided tour, celebrate at the live concerts or stand parties in the evening or experience the exclusive crew retreat. If capacity bottlenecks are to be expected, visitors may be granted preferential admission to some areas. Excluded for the crew is access to the Finance Forward conference.
