How can I apply to become part of the Festival Crew?
You can easily apply via the link on this page. To do so, scroll back up and click on the ‘Apply now’ button.
Who can join the OMR Festival Crew?
Anyone can apply to join the crew. It is important to us that you have a positive attitude and teamwork mentality. Additionally, you should also have a basic knowledge of German and English and be over 18 years old. You don’t need any previous experience for most jobs at the Festival. However, there are teams, e.g. at the bars, where you should have some experience in catering and may need a health certificate.
What types of employment do you offer for the OMR Festival?
As a rule, we hire everyone on a short-term employment basis. We will clarify during the interview whether this short-term employment is a suitable option for you, as it depends on your individual tax background.
I would like to work together with my friends. Is that possible?
You can indicate in your application who you would like to work with. You are also welcome to provide us with this information in our introductory phone call. While we will do our best to put you on a team together, we cannot make any guarantees.
