We work in several areas for participation and participation. Since 2015, our parent company, Mamalies, has been working to support migrant women* and their children. To this end, the NGO offers language and exchange services with early childhood care. What becomes clear in the conversations with the women* is that it takes more than that. The women* want to work and feel exposed to great hurdles in doing so.At the same time, companies in the fields of education and health are finding it increasingly difficult to find skilled workers and workers. That's why we founded the temporary employment agency »In Good Company«. We want to empower these women*. 51 percent of our profits go back to the non-profit educational institution Mamalies.
