Your mission

As a People Operations Manager at BigRep, you are an important part of our growing company. BigRep is a global solution provider for 3D Printing, moving into a new stage of growth post M&A and IPO. The People Operations team prides itself on working with the employees and team leads to foster the vision of industrial manufacturing solutions through this innovative technology.
In this role, you are the first point of contact for our over 100 employees in four different locaitons, as well as for team leads managers, regarding all administrative and operational questions related to people operations. Although this role has its focus on the operation aspects, the team and company size allow for learning and development in many areas of people operations and room for growth.
These are some tasks that make up the day-to-day work:

  • Responsibility for data maintenance in our personnel management tool Personio, and further development of procedures and processes within the tool such as feedback and development cycles
  • Creation of contracts, certificates, and processing of onboarding and offboarding including the creation of certificates

Preparatory payroll and close cooperation with our payroll providers and HR contacts (for GmbH, USA, Singapore, Austria and EOR contracts)

Support to our Director People Operations with specific administrative activities such as compensation research, documentation, etc.

Preparation of regular HR reportings to board, managing directors and finance team

Recruiting support regarding processes and postings, and taking over search for various positions time-to-time

Your profile

  • Completed commercial / business training or a degree with a focus on human resource management, with 1-3 years of professional experience in the HR field
  • Strong interest in bring the work of People Operations into the modern era using new tools and SW to the maximum, allowing employees to work efficiently and independently
  • A high level of organizational skills, as well as an independent, meticulous, and structured working style
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications and solid reporting skills on typical HR KPIs
  • Experience with HR software such as Personio and basic knowledge of German labor law would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in German and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for actively contributing to the development of a young, growing company
