YOUR MISSION
Develop femtasy into an 8-digit ARR company with hundreds of thousands of new customers.
YOUR RESONSIBILITIES
- Growth and Marketing Strategy: Own the creation and execution of our profitable growth strategy with all paid and unpaid initiatives. Full commercial ownership (incl. pricing, expansion, budgeting, staffing, goal setting) to drive sustainable, profitable user and business growth.
- People Leadership & Team Development: Lead 5 direct reports (Head Ofs of Paid Social, Content Marketing / CRM, Influencer Marketing, Brand, Data) as well as lateral leadership of the whole Marketing organization (>20 FTEs). Develop & coach a team of hungry & highly performant "A Player"-Marketeers.
- Data: Analyze data to optimize strategies, and make decisions that drive both growth and sustainability. Collaborate closely with our Head of Data Analytics.
- Operating System: Orchestrate and synchronize femtasy's marketing teams, initiatives and workflows for highest commercial success. Collaborate with our building team (product, audio content, tech) on cross-team alignment.
- Brand Positioning and Messaging: Nurture femtasy's brand identity in line with our company goals, ensuring a consistent messaging across all marketing channels as well as growing brand desirability and awareness.
- C-Level sparring & collaboration: You work on eye level with the CEO & founder to actively shape the future of femtasy in all strategic decisions.

- Ability to go operationally deep & abstract for strategic reasoning: You live up to the duality of this role. You want to go deep on channel levels in order to derive the best possible strategy - but also shape high-level marketing strategy.

- Adaptable and fast: You are fast in adapting to new external or internal conditions & challenges. You are used to change directions quickly. Bias for action and speed.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- >5 years experience in B2C / D2C Marketing of a digital brand / service
- >2 years of people management/leadership experience (min. 5 directs)
- Experience with >7-digit annual Marketing budget
- You have startup experience (20-100 employees)
- You have relevant experience working in / with Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, CRM, SEO, or Brand teams & projects
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experience with a „restricted“ product/service is a big plus
- Fluent in German OR French is a big plus. Market expertise on the German speaking (DACH) or French market is a big plus
