As a UX Writer you will design, write, edit, test, and improve content that makes our products easier to use. You will shape the personality of the product and optimize the user experience, participate in early stage product kickoffs and collaborate with design, customer journey and Executive level.

What you will tackle

• Create clear, consistent, concise and useful content that guides users throughout our customer journey
• Participate in product kickoffs, collaborate with UX/UI designers and customer journey team to bring high-quality copy into the early-stage design process
• Proactively challenge status quo to raise standards and bring the best customer experience
• Write, edit and test copy that makes our product flows intuitive and easy to use (Especially focusing on product features and conversion optimization)
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams including product, design and conversion optimization to deliver high-quality copy for new as well as existing products and features

What you are good at

• Proven relevant writing experience in consumer-focused UX, product copy, and content design for digital products
• The mindset and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong understanding of user flows, UX/UI principles and UX best practices
• Creative flexibility, ability to adjust a tone of voice depending on the audience and the type of messaging
• Fluent in English and another European language, German is a plus
