• Du verantwortest die Nutzerbeziehung bei StreamPicker – vom Onboarding bis zum Stream. Die Analyse und Steigerung von Engagement, User Retention und Conversions bestimmen dein Handeln. Das Wachstum und die Dynamik unseres Plattform-Modells hast du dabei stets im Blick.
• Du bist im direkten Austausch mit unseren Nutzer:innen, hast ein offenes Ohr und findest heraus, wie wir die Plattform für sie noch besser machen können. Du bist Bindeglied zwischen Nutzer:innen, Team und Produkt.
• Du bist Data-driven – und bringst entsprechende Tool- und Methodenkenntnisse mit.
• Du hast Lust, Prozesse aufzusetzen und aktiv zu gestalten. KPIs, Reportings, Dashboards und Datenanalysen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter. Den Wettbewerb und neueste Studien hast du stets im Blick.

• You will be responsible for the user relationship at StreamPicker – from onboarding to streaming. The analysis and increase of engagement, user retention and conversions determine your actions. You always keep an eye on the growth and dynamics of our platform model.
• You are in direct contact with our users, listen to them and find out how we can make the platform even better for them. You are a connector between users, team and product.
• You are data-driven – and have the corresponding knowledge of tools and methods. You want to set up processes and actively shape them. KPIs, reporting, dashboards and data analysis are not foreign to you. You always keep an eye on the competition and the latest studies.
