How you will make an impact…
As a Tech & Data Strategy Consultant at TRKKN, you will play a critical role in connecting people, data & tech. You will lead companies towards digital maturity by systematically identifying levers and technical solutions from Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud that help advertisers to solve their business challenges in the evolving privacy centric ecosystem.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic consulting to our clients on 1st party data strategy, tech stack, and other related topics
- Conducting Tech & Data Maturity Assessments for clients and provide recommendations for improvement
- Leading Strategy Workshops for clients on various topics, such as Privacy
- Supporting other TRKKN service teams with your expertise in Tech & Data Strategy Consulting
- Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and increase customer satisfaction
- Working closely with account leads on strategic clients to ensure that clients receive the best possible consulting experience
- Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Tech & Data Strategy
The person we are looking for…
- Has solid consulting experience in tech & data, preferably in the tech and digital marketing industry
- Has experience with google fund ownership and management
- Has proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Has strong account management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities
- Is a strategic thinker and highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excels as a self-starter and is driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
- Has a passion for tech & data topics and a desire to work with high-performance teams
- Is an excellent communicator in fluent English (German is a plus)
