YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating and executing social media campaigns, and increasing our brand awareness.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and more
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media presence remains unique and relevant
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media campaigns are consistent with the overall marketing strategy
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices
• Manage and engage with online communities across multiple social media platforms to foster brand loyalty and increase engagement

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in German and English is a must
