Get set to make an impact as a Performance Marketing Specialist at Carly! Your mission: Drive consistent growth on key platforms like META and TikTok, managing significant seven-digit ad budgets to leverage these platforms and achieve solid results. Collaborate with our video editors to craft captivating ads, optimize performance across channels and our website, and manage Facebook Ad Accounts with precision. Ultimately, you’ll leverage automation, create impactful reports, and drive our brand to victory with unparalleled resources.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Boost Carly's Advertising Accounts, sculpting growth strategies and diversifying customer acquisition across markets.
• Collaborate with video editors to craft eye-catching ads that stand out.
• Orchestrate performance across the entire funnel, from acquisition channels to website dynamics.
• Support the optimization of our TikTok & Facebook Ads impact while playing a key role in coordinating a cross-platform advertising strategy for an impactful presence across all channels.
• Drive innovation by finding and automating intersections between our Business Efficiency and Paid Social KPIs
• Analyze and interpret insights, track performance, and redefine possibilities in the dynamic landscape of digital advertising

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media advertising, mainly on META/TikTok and in an eCommerce and/or B2C environment; other channels are a plus
• Strong technical understanding of daily hands-on campaign management
• Analytical mindset, passionate about KPIs, desire to dive deep to understand daily campaign performance and report accordingly
• Flexible, hands-on team player that takes on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and well-organized to handle several priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
