charly (PlusPeter GmbH)  is a dynamic media and EdTech startup based in Berlin Mitte that is revolutionizing learning. Our services combine a digital learning platform and the virtual study space Study Together, a complete community-driven ecosystem in which learners not only get access to knowledge, but also the optimal learning environment. In addition, we bring students together with companies through cross-media marketing.

We have started our first steps in digitalising education, and we want to leverage technology to support students along their learning career. Do you want to be part of this exciting new project?

YOUR DAILY BUSINESS

• Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they behave and their key buying criteria
• Translate product  into benefits
• Support the head of marketing on the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross platform feature communications - to new users and current users
• Work on texts and visuals (with the support of the design team) to communicate our features to users and prospects across platforms (mobile app/browser app/discord server)
• Prepare landing page texts, app store descriptions, website texts (including AB testing), campaign texts
• Communicate features to engage and retain current users in partnership with CRM (in form of text and/or video)
• Analyse the competitor landscape and work with the head of marketing on defining different marketing approaches for different target markets
• Collaborate with product to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in product marketing, not only defining the product marketing approach, but also writing copy
• Very good ROI-tracking skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams
• You’re a hands-on personality with the willingness to take ownership for your own projects
• You have excellent writing skill in English and the ability to adjust your style to different channels and product needs
• Ideally you are fluent in german and able to create texts in german as well
• You are experienced in product management and in the collaboration with various stakeholders
