After completion of the Inspire programme, you will continue your career in the following business area: Operations & Digital Solutions at Mercedes-Benz Mobility is globally responsible for running our daily finance and leasing operations as well as for the end-to-end digitization and automation of our business. In collaboration with our partnering areas, we strive for a seamless integration with Mercedes-Benz to create a luxury customer experience.
For this, we continuously work on simplifying our finance and leasing product portfolio, standardizing & automating processes and rolling out scalable digital solutions across all markets. We drive a fundamental transformation of our overall business and combine a high performance culture with a strong and agile team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Junior Professionals with relevant work experience in the field of digitization / informatics and business development of at least 12 months as well as first leadership experience or leadership ambitions
  • International experience of at least 6 months
  • Excellent academic university degree in Economics and Informatics or similar, Master Degree expected
  • Extended digital know-how
  • Significant agile mindset
  • Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity
  • Solution-oriented and communicative nature
  • Social engagement
  • Fluent in Business English and basic German language skills
  • Experience with standardization and digitization of product/process and system landscapes, preferably within the financial service industry
  • Project experience in international & cross-functional teams with an agile way of working (i.e. Scrum)
  • Ability to act and decide under uncertainty and quickly adapt to new requirements
  • Manage high levels of complexity with different expectations & global stakeholders
