(Junior) Digital Media and Communications Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a passionate, strategic-thinking full-time (Junior)Digital Media and Communications Manager (m/f/d) for our Maison Cartier starting immediately.
How will you make a difference?
- You will support the Media team and the Media and Brand Relations Manager with the implementation of the digital media strategy for the region, by leading the implementation and development of all our paid digital media activities
- You will supervise our media and creative agencies to ensure the compliance with our communication guidelines
- In alignment with the Media and Brand Relations Manager you will manage the day-to-day relationship with external media partners to deliver quality media plans which deliver strong ROI against agreed targets and budgets
- You support the Media and Brand Relations Manager and will be part of the local endorsement, influencer and celebrities’ program
- You will support the Media and Brand Relations Manager to develop the content creation for local media campaigns and projects with talent selection, organization, production and validation
- You assist with building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize our campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, competitive trends and performance reports
- You will identify and anticipate new trends, social transformations, behaviours and digital innovations while monitoring competitors positioning
How will you succeed with us?
- Academic education with at least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years work experience in the luxury industry, ideally in a media agency or in a company with a focus on digital media planning and/or content
- Affinity for Social Media in the luxury segment and Influencer Marketing
- Interest in the latest trends of various technologies as well as communication channels
- Strong communication and conceptual skills combined with a hands-on mindset
- Strong collaborative spirit, enthusiastic and engaged
- High level of integrity and loyalty
- Fluent in German and very good proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure thoughts and ideas with focus on data visualization as well as experience with Google Analytics and similar digital tools
- A performance and analytics mindset, focusing on measuring and analysing digital KPIs to optimize strategy and activations based on results and insights
- A strategic thinker who is able to see the bigger commercial picture
