BAT GERMANY IS LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR CAMPAIGN PLANNING MANAGER (m/w/d)

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Management

FUNCTION: Consumer Experience

LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • You will work closely with Consumer Experience, Category & other teams to create interlinked 360 campaigns for our Multi Category Brand in Germany
  • You will overwatch that all touchpoints are aligned across the activation platforms and do have a consistent tone of voice
  • You will own the 360-campaign planning & evaluation process for campaigns associated to you and foster the cross-functional collaboration between the teams will be a crucial part of your daily business
  • You will support to define & monitor Campaign KPIs and related Budget to meet commercial & brand targets
  • Learnings you have generated out of former campaigns are highly important as you will use them to improve upcoming campaign performance and share across teams
  • You will underpin Campaign Plans with consumer & market insights you will use existing research findings as well as initiate new studies together with Insights & Foresights team
  • With the help of (new) Campaign Planning Tools like Attribution Model & Location Intelligence you will support the business to make efficient decisions when it comes to touchpoint & budget allocation for our Multi Category brands

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

The ideal candidate for this role

  • University degree (Master +) with focus on (Strategic) Marketing
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing functions within a multinational FMCG company incl. a sting affinity towards brands and D2C activation
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and cooperate across several departments
  • Good Stakeholder Management & relationship building skills are a must
  • Excellent and effective communication and representation skills
  • Creative approach, ability to think conceptually and out of the box
  • Ability to act on own initiative and guide (“can-do-mindset”)
  • Sense of innovation and interest in new trends
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
