WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Value Delivery

• Drives functional roadmap delivery through change & project management
• Acts as project manager for med/big activities
• Functional expert in Trade & Offline D2C processes & IT landscape: Petra CRM, B2B community, B2B web ordering, B2B marketing automation, Asecco, Genesys, Trade D&A (DWH, Enterprise Data Platform, hostess planning app, local apps)
• The link between Trade and Trade Platforms Team to identify new digital opportunities driving commercial value
• Transforms ideas into business cases
• Challenges Trade Leadership Team ideas with a commercial mindset & IT expertise

Operational Delivery

• Incidents & request management: acts as an escalation
• Manages vendors to meet SLA´s and project commitments
• Ensures compliance with IT Security standards
• Prepares inputs for budget planning and reporting

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

The ideal candidate for this role

• Business-facing IT experience in Marketing/Trade
• Stakeholder and risk management skills
• Understanding of Trade Marketing processes and related value-added IT & Digital Capabilities
• Expertise in Trade CRM, B2B and D&A
• The project, vendor and change management skills
• Excellence in execution and drive for results
• Business proficient in German
