Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for building and shaping our brand and brand awareness
• You take responsibility for our market research initiatives to help us understand our customer
• You analyse our brand positioning and customer insights
• You develop and audit our brand look and feel + associated guidelines
• You work closely with the management team to shape and communicate our mission and vision
• You translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• You work closely with the CMO on building the brand team
• You work across all departments to ensure adherence to our brand DNA
• You monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• You work closely with the marketing team to devise and implement marketing strategies

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Brand Manager, ideally in a start up or related field
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Degree in marketing or a related field
