YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take over brand ownership and manage the planning, conception and execution of all brand efforts within Birkenstock Europe on a seasonal basis
- Strong focus on the pre-seasonal planning; from consumer insights to the identification of the right channel /media mix in order to get Birkenstocks’ vision, identity and brand message across
- Specify content needs, brief and coordinate internal as well as external stakeholders, e.g., Birkenstock Content House or (marketing-) agencies
- Own the quality management of content production as well as during the seasonal roll-out of all consumer-facing brand efforts
- Budget planning and decision-making in alignment with the Head of Brand Management and the Brand Director Europe
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand management, marketing and/or communication, preferably within the lifestyle, fashion and/or sneaker industry; experience in media (paid and social) is considered a plus
- Curiosity for and understanding of (emerging) trends in the fashion and footwear industry as well as an uncompromising openness to other people
- Solution-oriented and empathic communicator, passionate about marketing and the industry
- Structured and organized way of working, combined with a team-first mentality and a strong work ethic
- High proficiency with MS Office (with a focus on Excel), Keynote and Adobe (In-Design, Acrobat)
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are advantageous
