About the Role

We are looking for ​a ​passioned Brand Designer to ​join or Creative Team.
As ​a Brand Designer you will ​work close with our Creative Director to bring ​the Circus ​Vision ​and Values to life. Your ​daily business ​will mostly ​be focused on our Launch Campaigns across multiple german cites. Please understand ​that we don't accept freelance applications for this position.
 

Your Daily Business

• Develop visual design concepts suited for online and offline campaigns
• Ensure high-quality execution of creatives matching our visual identity at all time
• Build scalable brand templates in close relation with our Marketing department
• Work on upcoming campaigns across all media channels to ensure strong visibility on City launches
• Communicate and collaborate closely with your Brand teammates as well as Marketing team
• Drive best practices and constantly aim for data driven improvements specially on paid media
• Ensure and deliver high-quality execution of creatives matching our visual identity

Base Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of experience in working in creative teams (eg. agencies, scale-ups)
• Skilled in graphic and visual design with a focus on digital media
• An eye for minimalistic and simplistic designs that reflects the Circus identity
• Confident in taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Highly creative but structured mind
• Fluent in English, German language is a plus
• Living in Hamburg

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's Degree in Communication Design or similar
• First experience in media planning and OOH
• Basic photographic skills
• Basic motion graphics and editing skills
