As an Account Manager (m/f/d) at Compado, you will be the go-to person for our partners and support the strategic development in a defined industry. You are the relationship type of person, love to grow accounts into even bigger accounts and be a perfect bridge from our business to our partners business? And you are up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment? Well, then you are our perfect fit!

Role & Responsibilities:

You 

  • are our voice to the partner - you develop long-term relationships with partners, ensure their satisfaction and make sure to maximize revenue from existing accounts through cross & upselling
  • integrate new business partners and ensure a smooth and timely start with them
  • constantly analyze important key figures to grow and develop your accounts and lead negotiations - of course all based on data
  • you work cross-functionally with other departments, developing your dedicated industry
  • you actively share your suggestions and ideas and help to serve your Business partners’ needs even better

 

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years experience in a Account Management or Marketing role
  • You are confident and equipped with a professional mindset
  • You actively share your suggestions and ideas and help the team serve customer needs
  • You are intrinsically motivated to get the best out of your business partners
  • You have a highly analytical approach with love for numbers, data & concepts
  • You are communicative, customer-oriented, committed and a kick-ass team player
  • You have a very good knowledge or are fluent in English as we work on an international level
  • You have a high level of organizational and project-management talent rounds off your profile
