OMRviewer HubSpot Setup Guide

Connect the OMRviewer with your HubSpot account to enrich your marketing and CRM platform with precise buyer intent data from OMR Reviews. Identify companies that have interacted with your tool profile, your competitors’ profiles, your software category, or related content. Import these companies into HubSpot and use the data for insights, lead scoring, or marketing and sales campaigns.

  • Log in to the OMRviewer and select the project you want to connect with HubSpot. Then click on your initials (or profile picture) and navigate to the “Integrations” menu. Select the HubSpot integration and click on “Connect”.
  • In the next step, authorize OMRviewer to send data to your HubSpot account by logging into your HubSpot account as usual.
  • After logging in, choose the HubSpot account where the OMRviewer data should be integrated. This step is especially important if you have or manage multiple HubSpot accounts. In the final step, click on “Connect app” to authorize the integration. You’ll then be redirected to the HubSpot integration overview in OMRviewer and see that the integration is now active.

  • In the integration overview, you can also select the company type that the data from OMRviewer will receive by default in your HubSpot account. The suggested company types are pulled directly from your HubSpot account and are not created in OMRviewer. If you don’t make a selection, the company type field in HubSpot will remain empty.
  • Finally, choose whether companies in OMRviewer should be synced manually or automatically with your HubSpot account on an ongoing basis. With manual sync, only the companies you’ve selected in advance and their data will be continuously synced (hourly) with your HubSpot account. With automatic sync, either all companies or filter-based companies will be created and synced continuously (hourly) with your HubSpot account.

  • To make OMRviewer activities visible in HubSpot, you need to activate the newly generated filter “Integrations: OMRviewer” in the “Activity” tab of a company record. Click on “Filter by: Filter activity” and select it from the list. From now on, all OMRviewer activities will be shown in all company views.
  • Additionally, you can add the new OMRviewer company properties at the company level. These properties can also be used for HubSpot lead scoring. To do this, scroll down to the bottom of the company properties section on the left side of a company profile, click on “View all properties,” and then select the relevant OMRviewer fields.

  • After successful authorization, you can continuously sync any OMRviewer record with HubSpot. To do this, go to the OMRviewer data views, click the “three dots” on the right side, and select HubSpot under integrations.
  • Once a company is enabled for syncing, all OMRviewer data and visits will be continuously synced with that company in your HubSpot account. Active syncing is indicated by an orange HubSpot icon displayed next to the record’s three dots. You can deactivate the sync for any company at any time.
  • A grey HubSpot icon appears on the record if OMRviewer has successfully identified the company in your HubSpot account, but syncing is not active.
