This involves creating effective recruiting roadmaps to find the right talent even faster, talent that will then stay with the company. She also coaches and trains executives/hiring managers so that they can position themselves in the current candidate market. Sarah has over 20 years of recruiting experience and, before becoming self-employed, was Head of Talent Acquisition at MHP, a subsidiary of Porsche AG.
