Who we are looking for

We are looking for proactive, independent thinkers with a structured approach who can independently manage our online marketing. You will coordinate all strategic elements directly with the Head of Marketing. Ideal candidates are creative, practice-oriented and enjoy developing new solutions. You feel comfortable in an international environment and speak fluent English (German and other languages are an advantage).

 

Your area of responsibility

  • You will analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitive environments to identify potential at regional and global level.
  • You will drive our SEO strategy and the continuous optimisation of our website.
  • You will be responsible for our performance activities. You will develop and coordinate integrated campaigns, e.g. across SEA, paid social media and CRM/HubSpot – and ensure measurable results.
  • You will lead and motivate a dedicated team of five experts.
  • You will be responsible for your own online marketing budget.
  • You will manage cooperation with external agencies and service providers.
  • You will analyse and optimise conversions to continuously improve the ROI of our campaigns.
  • You will work closely with other departments and contribute your expertise to company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • You will actively engage in goal-oriented stakeholder management.

 

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing, with a focus on website development and SEO
  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Very good knowledge of common tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and HubSpot.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B marketing in an international context
  • Strong analytical thinking and a passion for making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in agile and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are a true team player.
  • You are interested in intercultural exchange, diversity and innovative approaches in digital marketing.

 

What you can expect

We offer an international, professional and varied working environment in an exciting industry. You can expect an attractive salary with regular bonus payments and 30 days of holiday per calendar year. 

A monthly mobility allowance of EUR 50 net, an annual training budget of EUR 600, an annual holiday budget of EUR 150 net and participation in the corporate benefits programme round off our offer.

You can work up to 40% of your weekly working hours remotely within Germany. Employees have the option to work remotely for up to 15 working days per year from EU/EEA countries and Switzerland.
