The Challenge
We’re currently a team of 170+ talented individuals developing best-of-breed content management solutions for B2C and B2B businesses. We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who is creative, energetic and a self-starter with a passion for driving pipeline growth through dedicated partner and event marketing. Our small marketing team is spread across Germany.
What you do
- Set-up and implementation of global event calendar together with sales
- Conception of global field event strategy and organization of it
- Independent organization, implementation and review of trade fairs and events, both globally and locally
- Communication and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to make the event a success
- Interface between internal and external partners
- Creation, monitoring and accounting of budget plans
- Conception and production of giveaways, trade fair equipment
- Creation of a partner marketing success plan
- Work closely together with partners to promote CoreMedia together to drive sales
- Development and coordination of customer case studies in collaboration with a PR agency
What you offer
- Based in Germany or UK
- 4+ years of Marketing and Event Management with budget ownership
- Experience in implementing event & conference strategies
- Professional experience in event marketing and marketing communications, ideally for an international B2B Software company
- Experience working closely with sales departments and partners/clients
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Experience managing third party vendors including agencies and contractors
- Results-driven mindset
- Fluent written and spoken German & English skills are required
- Enthusiasm for new, innovative and technical topics as well as a strong understanding of customer and market requirements, trends and developments in the IT industry
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
