About the Job

VICE Golf is the digital native brand for premium golf products. Our approach is simple: top performance, affordable price, beautiful design. Based in Germany, we have cracked the US market and are growing rapidly around the world. With over 130k Instagram followers and an active network of content creators, we can deploy very large paid social budgets with strong revenue and ROAS performance. Our leading position in the US market gives us access to advertising betas that are not available to most German companies. We recently launched our first TikTok campaigns and are excited to see this channel grow.
We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to shape the future of VICE Golf's digital business. You will develop plans, methodologies, and deploy strategies to test out online channels and turn them into consistent, reliable drivers of new customers and revenue.

Your Fairway

• Manage day to day operation of paid social campaigns: Plan, build and optimize to achieve specific goals
• Deploy test campaigns, gather data, and optimize until each test is definitively proven as a winner or a loser
• Find, analyse, test, and prove out new performance marketing channels
• Research and rank potential new marketing opportunities
• Be responsible for continuous success monitoring and reporting with the help of dashboards and analysis
• Allocate budgets smartly across the different channels to ensure efficiency based on performance monitoring

Your Scorecard

• Proven professional experience in paid social marketing for a B2C business
• In-depth knowledge of key performance marketing tools including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Minimum one year experience managing customer acquisition campaigns on a major platform such as Google or Facebook
• Experience managing campaigns on TikTok preferred
• Curiosity and willingness to try new things and never settle for the status quo
• Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools
• An analytical mindset - you understand that testing every assumption is vital to success, but measuring correctly and interpreting the results is just as important
• Excellent communication skills in English
