YOUR MISSION

COMATCH is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to fuel our company growth and bring its lead generation activities to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand in your channels and collaborate with a highly motivated marketing team. We look forward to shaping the future of consulting with you. 

Your tasks: 

• Take over hands-on responsibility for your lead generation channels, i.e. paid social (mainly LinkedIn) and offline mailings
• Get creative, develop campaigns from idea to action and optimize their performance end-to-end to ensure your targets are met
• Challenge the status quo and uncover new marketing opportunities based on your research
• Work directly within a great team and align your initiatives with other channel owners and content creators
• Drive and develop our global marketing strategy together with the rest of the team
   

YOUR PROFILE 

• 4+ years’ experience as a marketer, preferably in a B2B environment
• You can demonstrate how you have driven growth through paid channels, you have an eye for great creatives, you know what converts and know how to test and iterate
• You are ready to take full ownership for your targets and thrive in an agile, highgrowth environment
• You’re comfortable using all of the relevant tools to manage performance marketing (e.g. ad platforms) – knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
• You have a hands-on mentality, you are diligent and ready to be part of our ambitious team
• Proficient fluent English, German and/or French are a plus
